Am not claiming to be an expert on tribalism in Nigeria, but from my understanding, igbos are aloof on that subject. From my understanding, hausa and fulani are in the game of holding on to politics (controlling the money and the security forces). They work with yorubas on those things outside of religion. The other only time they cooperate is to be against igbos. Which minority or minorities can go around the sw or north to be killing and bullying either yorubas, hausas, or fulanis. Is only igbos that have every minority bullying them at will with no resistance. Igbos don't have sense of alliance or knowing who your true friends are.


Yorubas are close to the north for those reasons I stated earlier. Their spaces are open for business and investment. There is no regional army assault in their region. Same for the north. Only the igbos tolerate that. Only the igbos don't mind all their region assaulted and closed for business. How can people invest in that environment. The only alliance igbos have - akwa ibom and cross Rivers, are not too sure with the igbos, because we don't have sense and we don't have strength. We are not coordinated. We think is about going everywhere in Nigeria to be a second class citizen and opening ourselves up for xenophobia. We are not represented in the security system and we are cool with that absurdity. We need to start from the region. If they want peace, we give peace, if they want trouble, we need to also have that option open for services.
