I was issued a 2yrs NI visa in the first week of september 2017. I and my husband had wanted to spend this yrs xmas with my brother inlaw in dallas. My hubby already has a visa before we got married this yr. However, his big brother (my brother inlaw) called few days ago to tell us that he has decided to spend the xmas here in Nigeria.
During my interview i was asked if i was pregnant and i answer no, truthfully I wasn't then.
I later took in by second week of october about one month after my interview, the scan i had yesterday comfirmed it and the doctor said i'll be due by mid June 2018.
We have decide to have our baby in the US since its not a crime to have one's baby in the U.S but we must follow due process cos we always play by the rules.
My hubby feels we should ditch the first visa, pay another visa fee and clearly state the our new intention, however i am a bit confused since the visa i currently have is a B1B2 visa and if we are to pay another visa fee for the purpose of having our baby there, its still gonna be a B1B2 visa. Kindly advise.

Wify went for preg test on oct 20 and it was confirmed, she was earlier issue a 2yrs US visa on sept.04 2017. We later applied for canadian TRV on sept.22, still waiting fir the outcome.
I'd like the experinced experts to tell us how they were able to get into canada with their pregnancy showing, were there issues with migration and border control officers regarding purpose of visit.

There is something called persecution complex. It is something that affects majority of Igbos and makes them do irrational things.

Reminds me of an incident in Aba. Armed robbers shot someone and he was bleeding profusely. Guess what the people did? They put the bleeding victim in a wheelbarrow and pushed him all the way to nta at Ogbor Hill.

The guy was crying and begging them to take him to the hospital, but they said they wanted to show the 'International Community' that Igbos were marginalised and were not protected by the Hausa fulani police. The guy eventually died while on the way back from the TV station.

If given the opportunity, Biafrans would take God to the "International Community" for marginalising them. That's why they have refused to worship God and are now referring to one "Chukwu Okike Abiama" as their god.

As for this case, it's nothing new. It's a symptom of the persecution complex and mental escapism which Biafrans are suffering from.

They didn't add criminals like Evans and Bishop of Ozubulu, instead they are celebrating the criminals and blaming Fulanis for their own misdeeds.

What does it take to apply for and get this woman extradited back here to face charges. More so, the present govt can simply pressure and get her prosecuted in the UK like in the case of Ibori. When one Gbawe refused you protection from God knows what, you switched to PDP. Leadership tussle started in PDP, you pitched your tent with the Sheriff faction. You once insulted Deji Adenyanju here on Nairaland. Now Makarfi's faction came down with victory today, you are now saying that PDP is dead because your faction lost out. Guy always ask God to place you in the right place at the right time. Sit down one place for once and my regards to Mama ndi ara (berem) your friend seems hunger has dealt with her badly cos she is lamenting about the govt she strongly supported.

This is actually a nice development, I think the referendum should be for only those clamouring to leave. The agitation to leave Nigeria has been a steady one from people of the East. My take is that, the easterners should have their referendum and then the rest goes back and remain one Nigeria. No other referendum should be granted to any other part of Nigeria since they don't want it and also have been calling it a nuisance.

Please I have few questions I'd like the professionals to help me with. I and my husband wants to try the Canadian skilled immigration program.
I am 24 while he is 34, I have worked for 6months after graduation as an audit intern then later as a finance intern during the compulsory NYSC one year program. The NGO where I served retained me after service as a finance assistant with six months renewable contract.
My hubby graduated in 2008, worked for 2years as a facility maintenance officer in a factory, resigned later and opened an interior design and decoration company.
He later joined a foreign embassy as a logistics/property management supervisor, he will be 5years in the embassy this November.
He read architecture while I read Acconting.
We would like to start the process but don't know how.

I met him at mechanic shop near Apo Shoprite. After the sketch, I paid him though he was to give me 500 bucks. Dude acted as if he was looking for the balance and bailed from the scene. I caught him 3wks ago at an event in Gwarimpa and he gave me my balance after over 45mins of denial.

The objective was achieved March 28, 2015. They can now be brought out one by one.
