its annoying when people try and play the victim and they wanna blame things that go wrong on you - seriously grow up. |
bilms:hehe. .its funny how the "undecided" are quickly classified as "non supporters"simply for asking questions that challenge objectives and intentions. I remembered asking the dude how he plans to ensure compliance with tax payments without abusing the fundamental human rights he intends to protect. . .i wanted to know how he could manage a system where a local food restaurant owner would know exactly how much to pay in taxes and when to do so. . . .his answer? well he didn't answer that, he kept quiet. He also mentioned that he planned to work with the federal government to reduce levies and charges on goods and services, i remembered asking him about his intentions since those levies were placed in line with a proper balance of trade forecast. . . . oh well, he kept quiet on that too. and just before i could pronounce my name, those posts got deleted Quiet frankly, i think it's only ídiots that will swallow every drivel fed to them hook line sinker in this age of politics. . .you promise to put in place appropriate and cost effective transport system. . .what? dude, that's not enough, i want to know how/where the funds and human resources will come from . . .and i want to know which sectors will be affected by this change. |
slap her back to her senses, . oh!, did you say tht's not allowed, well, it works for me! ![]() |

I know someone in such situation and she's really confused, she's desperate to get some form of advise. |
In this part of the world, when one is ready to get married, it is a common thing for folks to move about to prophets/imams to inquire about the future prospects with a particular partner. Sometimes you hear that they are not meant for each other because one spouse will die, or not be happy and so on based on some kind of vision. Is it wise not to believe in doing this? And if it isn't should this be ignored? If one doesnt believe in this, would such visions still hold bound on the individual? I'll like expository answers, better still with examples of real life cases, if any. Does anyone have experience where this was ignored? |
hehe, i have been hearing the same story till like forever, only difference is, dates kept changing!

The problem with Nigeria is that the federal government does not learn from the past. They simply wish all troubles will just go away with time, which unfortunately is far from reality. Any serious government should have raised a covert investigation to find out the sponsors of the Niger Delta nefarious schemes . Someone is sure paying to stock up an arsenal for these gangs, the question is who is this person? . . . . . How and through which bank do they transfer money from sponsors to buyers to suppliers, etc? I expect that all these should have been well investigated The government should also have raised an intelligence unit in Niger Delta regions, during the peaceful periods, whose objective would have been to submit a weekly report on concealed militant activities. Given the vast technology available in this age including telephone tapping, camera bugs, GPS tracking etc, no serious government should have an excuse for not "staying ahead of its game". |
Ymodulus:shut up you muppet! i wonder why your árse is not IP banned already, you keep leaving trails of grot everywhere |
JeSoul:Hehe, busted, you cheating bástard! Your wife should not only refuse to trust you, she should get you to wear a chastity belt |

now this crooks are going to blow up more pipelines, abduct, kill, rápe and in the end, our government will pay em a monthly wage! looks like militancy is the way to go. |
dlox01:GBAM! I don't think the guy can really stand intellectuals in an argument, he merely hides behinds feeble statistics and unfounded logic---yes, he hides behind English too. The dummy blocked me from his account as if i care. . .he's not going to be a governor anyways, why should i give a rat's arse? I merely challenged the idea behind his promise to reduce taxes drastically and pay professionals in the medical field a world class wage while putting in place world class infrastructures and ensuring that the state does not default on payments of obligations such as pensions. . .i wanted to know how he intends to do this without running the state on deficit. . . . The dude got scared that more people might read my argument, and that might expose him for who he is-----a lying thief!. . he deleted my comments and blocked my árse. . .worried? hell NO! His handlers are doing a piss poor job here on Nairaland. They are finding out that it's easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for Lagosians to vote out BRF and put in his place a pathetic dummy from PDP! no one wants PDP, most people would rather leave Lagos for good. |
Simply unbelievable the way the topic turned tribal! silly willy nilly must be a dunce |
