Do you have a land already? you need to have a design ie architectural and structural drawing before an estimate can be made. I can help out on the drawing aspect and also present you the extimate.

For me I would pick the XR because alot of ppl can diff bw x and xs unless u plan to use without a pourch which is unadviceable. but xr seem recent.

land comes as an opportunity because some problems or issues push people into selling cheap. But first get your plan ready, have in mind that you need a plot and u will surely get one within your budget.

Hello engineers, please I need your input on the pros and cons of hidden flat roof in terms of harsh sunny weather, noise associated with heavy rain fall, leakages amongst others. I’m currently in a decision stage but then I want to also save cost if I should go for it or not.
Preferably from people who have done or currently living in a building that has it.

is the structure up to 3floors or a bongalow because using flat roof on a bongalow is way too low standard
