However, there are questions that need to be answered, were they truly rescued or as usual bargain and negotiation was what transpired the release of the abductees? Because no single evidence to show that it was a rescue operation that led to the recovery of these children and their teachers. I mean, real and substantial evidence will provoke more public confidence and trust in the government and security agencies.

Don't mind them. Experts said that this level of kidnapping are not planned and executed overnight. The primary reason was to get their high ranking leaders in DSS custody and prosecuted in court released. They came closer to the west knowing fully well that this will embarrass the president and amount pressure on him to release their leaders in exchange. The president didn't budge.

They were rescued. Eight of such kidnappers have been arrested and in the custody of DSS ready to be changed to court. Others were neutralized. In the days coming you will see the pictures. The victims have not even been handed over to Oyo State government. Most likely tomorrow.

No money was paid. We will soon see those arrested and those killed. It was a complex operation but a proof that we can get it done. Key to the success was quick respond after abduction. Reason for the delay was to preserve lives of those children.

I have never for once disbelieved PBAT's policies. The greatest tragedy that can happen to Nigeria is if they are stopped half way.
