And talking about the revelations in the budget, it is actually a credit to Buhari that we're getting to know the existence of bloated figures contained therein. In the past, the presidency would have done a deal with the NASS such that the budget is not fully discussed to reveal those padding before it's passed. But because we have a president who will not do a deal to shortchange Nigeria, we're able to know how the budget cabals have been stealing us blind.
Yes, the presidency made some mistakes by not being very deligent with the budget, but the fact that heads have rolled and more will still roll for the budget padding is a testament to the president's readiness to take actions to correct mistakes.

During the operation, the Boko Haram terrorists suffered heavy casualties and some escaped with gunshot wounds. The troops recovered 13 motorcycles, 1,170 litres of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), stored in 39 jerry cans.
The troops also conducted fighting patrol to clear suspected terrorists settlement along Gawala village and west of Kukawa towards Gudumbali axis and blocked them from Kukawa but there was no contact with the terrorists. Similarly, troops of 119 Task Force Battalion conducted fighting patrol to deny Boko Haram terrorists fishing activities around Lake Chad waters.
Troops of 157 Task Force Battalion arrested a suspected Boko Haram terrorists’ spy, Mallam Goni at Garin Giwa. The 55 year old suspect claimed he transports fish for the terrorists along Fish Dam and Cross Kauwa. He is currently being interrogated at the 7 Multinational Joint Task Force Brigade Garrison.
surgecom: There was this guy who always visited our house whenever we were not around(between 12pm - 4pm). He most times forced his way in no matter how strong the doors are locked. As a Surveillance Engineer myself, i decided to install a camera that looks like halogen at the top of the house. Unfortunately for him, the camera caught him in his next visit. He is presently at the remand home at Oregun. Thank God for the video evidence, the case nearly went in their favour.
