Because of the world we're born into, it's a natural thing to undermine females. I personally am guilty of it sometimes. I apologize for seeing my period, for being female. A random guy tells me men don't like ladies who use dark lipstick & I stop using it. I automatically assume touchmeder (one of the best writers on nairaland) is male because she writes so well.

But feminism creeps in on you. You begin to wonder why even a stranger on the street tells you to "smile, you're a woman". Seriously? -__- Is there like a gene for smiling specially installed in females? You watch an extremely sexist movie that basically says men are gods & should be worshipped & "catered for" whether you feel like it or not. I'm not your f*cking slave.

And for those that will mention marriage now, marriage is not a gateway to heaven.

Quite surprised to hear this. I personally consider him one of Nigeria's top conedians judging by some of his performances I've witnessed.
Probably this was the biggest occasion he has performed in and was just so nervous. I know he'll definitely get better.

I dont think it's only chocola royal that is guilty of this nefarious act.I bought sausage roll yesterday and today.Kingsway gala and chivita super bite to be precise.It has expired since 25 of may and these retailers buys the expired products from the companies too.Some of the high profile supermarket dont dispose of their expired product.They sells to customers at reduce prices while same customers changes the expired date and resell to unsuspecting customers.

Nothing justifies them selling junk but there is even less reason to buy it once you come to realize that not only are most of these foods unhealthy for you but that the people behind some of the operations are shady and are putting your life in even greater jeopardy.

Straight to the point, my HoD retired and a new one was transferred from a south-south state to take his position earlier this month. The problem is new boss is a young girl of about 30 years and during our first meeting, we stared @ each other for almost 5 minutes straight without saying "hi" nor "hello"! During the first week we would steal glances when the other wasn't watching.
My first field assignment under her command went smoothly that she put in a commendation for me and offered to buy me a drink to celebrate it, during the course of our drink she told me everything about her self and I fell in-love with her from that moment. Ever since, we cannot stay a day without seeing each other, apart from office hours, we have also coded it that no one in the office knows bout it; tho the service doesn't prohibit it!
