Politics › Re: The Oil In Bayelsa Belongs To Jigawa State by vislabraye(m): 4:51am On Nov 16, 2013
Can he say that the resources in Jigawa belong to Bayelsa as well. Well, that's how northerners think. But you as a Southerner cannot live @ peace with them in their own land.
Their land belongs to only them but they want to share from other states.

Family › Re: Man Dumps Wife For Sister Inlaw, Says Her Cooking And Sex Is Better by vislabraye(m): 6:54pm On Nov 15, 2013
osasdiddy: End time things.., the man has no conscience. What if its his wife that dumped him for his brother for being a better randy? Oh yeah, hell would have let loose.
My brother (or sister ), who should U blame more ? The man or the sister in-law. How can a woman even conceive of sleeping with her sister's husband. Me as a man I can't even think of lusting after my brother's wife.

Romance › Re: Why Do Guys Run From Successful And Financially Independent Women? by vislabraye(m): 1:56pm On Nov 15, 2013
I would want my wife to be successful. Look @ it this way, if you have sisters, wouldn't U want them to be successful ?
But the fact is that, a lot of successful women have developed some masculine characteristics such as; aggression, assertiveness etc which are needed for the survival in the corporate world. Their feminine xteristics such as tenderness and empathy have been suppressed.
Of course, there are some who can find the right balance. A woman who can still play her role irrespective of her success is a crown.
Politics › Re: Yahoo Posts Offensive Article On Nigeria!!!!! by vislabraye(m): 12:51pm On Nov 15, 2013
No right thinking Nigerian shud accept bigotry. This is simply prejudice, and the West are fond of this. She even sed that fraud is taught in the "University of Lagos".
Mind you, there are lot more honest and hardworking Nigerian professionals in America.

Djtm: are for the purpose of scamming? I guess you don't know what scamming means! Ok, I hack into a database, steal some creadit card info. So you mean I stole the credit card info to scam? I stole the gd info so I could spend the money!!! Stop confusing your self. Well since I'm the silly one I'll stop here and leave you with your hacking = scamming notion. Good night.
I came to this thread late:
So there's a difference between stealing money and scamming ??
So U can defend theft using credit card, but when it comes to scamming, its disgraceful. Are they not still under internet fraud ?
It seems we are more interested in winning argument here.
Career › Re: Geophysicists, Geologists, & Petroleum Engineers: Professionals & Aspirants by vislabraye(m): 11:22pm On Nov 14, 2013
geosegun: Anyway, I came into the tread a little bit late. but never mind. You can see my ID. I am a geologist as well as a geophyscist. You may ask me any technical and theoretical question pertaining to oil and gas issues and a bit of engineering. Be it seismic interpretation & geological interpretation, attributes generation and analysis, synthetics, velocity modelling and its applications, AVO and etc. I am the busy type but I will try as much as possible to put you guys through whatever questions you have.

You guys need to take the bull by the horn and start from somewhere. I started from geotechnical (soil test) then to water borehole drilling before going into oil/gas services. I am a geoscience trainer by profession and would like to pass the knowledge I have across.

Do not hesitate to ask questions about Seismic stratigraphy, depositional environment. simplification of the Niger delta basin. Depth conversion. Amplitude data and its usefulness. prospect quantification, petrophysics, uncertainty and risk analysis. You want to know more about Kingdom software, I am the right person to ask. Trust me.

Cheers.
Wish you guys all the best
Your CV is tight. How do someone from another field in science move over ?

You can tell the title of a home video by the theme song.

A movie can have different story lines and @ the end of the day, it seems as if your watching three movies in 1.

But who would U rather place ur bet on, Arsenal or Super Eagle ? Either way gambling is risky. Even no Man U fan dares bet in favour of Man U when they face Man City. The odds will always be for Man City.
Education › Re: Traits In You That Inevitably Leads To Failure by vislabraye(m): 2:21pm On Nov 13, 2013
So so true, yet people seem to ignore it because of its simplicity. To a large extent, some are in the habit of not saying a simple "thank you. "

There are people who borrow and not pay back. They would prefer to use that money they owe to buy beer or cigar than to pay back.

There are other who know how to take but never give.

I've come across some who only call or visit when they are in need.

All these are xteristics are similar to the above. They are signs of ingratitude.
