Slizbeat: You can get a land at $5000 while the remaining goes for the building except you bought such land at Lagos, Abuja or PH where they sell at $20,000-$40,000.
Ps, tell me where U can get such land.

Politics › Re: Nigerian Man Publicly Beaten In India - Video by vislabraye(m): 11:25am On Nov 08, 2013
It is things like this that make me like Sani Abacha. If this got to his ears, he would start deporting Indians and Lebanese ( you can't tell the difference ). After aLl, there are more Indians in Nigeria than there are Nigerians in India.
@ ilungboy:
Its not about semantics; because there is clearly a world of difference between lynching (killing) and beating (physical assault) and spreading of false information to incite hatred, which evidently had worked on you.

@ROSSIKE:
Pls don't fall my hand with your poor comprehension, surely can't you at least read between the lines, though it appears here also that the meaning of the word PRESUMABLY seems to have escaped you.
Mr. ITK, what's the difference ?

CyberG: It seems PDP is deeply pained by Amaechi's independence and assertion of his fundamental rights of freedom of association! LMAO grin grin
Then why is he planning to consult GEJ ? Let him exercise his fundamental human rights and join APC. If the presidency and him are not in good terms, then why does he need their permition ?

Destroy the pieces of cut-up tire, how?
U have to destroy so someone else won't sell it to you.
Career › Re: Are Indian Bosses In Nigeria That Bad??? by vislabraye(m): 6:50pm On Nov 06, 2013
biotun: India bosses are not that bad,it is Nigeria employers that are very lazy
Are U one of the Indian bosses ? How can U say Nigerian workers are lazy ? U can only speak for urself.

Indian, Lebanese and Chinese bosses have the same issues. No one speaks well about them. You've got to be careful while doing business with them.

There's hardly any way a pastor can stop members from fornication. If the man uses a condom or withdrawal method, there'll be no sign that anything happened.
It's just between U and God.
Politics › Re: The Day Atiku Blasted Obasanjo To His Face by vislabraye(m): 12:47pm On Nov 02, 2013
Living Soul34: You singled Atiku out as the one greedy for power which i think isn't fair... Many Nigerians judge people based on their accumulated hates for the person and the part of the country hails from and not based on the law of the land. Atiku may be corrupt like many other politicians but that is not the case here... Atiku was the Vice President for 8 years after which he wanted to be president which is within the confine of the law and people said here is greedy but Obj 'ruled' for a total of about 12 years both a military and a civilian and later wanted to change the position of the constitution just to continue to 'rule' and nobody is calling him a greedy man. GEJ was a VP, and later spent over a a president to complete Yardua's tenure and today he is already into his term of 4 years and eyeing another term and nobody is talking about greediness... Talking about zoning of power, that was Atiku's idea but that of the founding fathers of PDP and in my opinion if power is allowed to rotate within the six geopolitical zones that would be good for Nigeria, at-least for now. I know some may say that isn't democratic but i feel there is not particular or stereotyped way of practicing democracy, what matters is the interest of the people, that something is working in US or SA does not mean it must work Nigeria, every country has its peculiarity.
He did not single out Atiku. He said, "men" referring to all the old political cargoes. I don't think Atiku will be remembered for any good thing, well I may be wrong. But he's known more for corruption than any thing else. And that's same for OBJ who has the best opportunity of changing this country. But what has he done ?

Btw, what was OBJ doing with the quran in his closet ? That alone is funny. Mischievous old man shocked
Politics › Re: The Day Atiku Blasted Obasanjo To His Face by vislabraye(m): 12:14pm On Nov 02, 2013
VICTORCIZA: What you never succede to force Obj to do you think you can force Gej to do it. GEJ IS GOING FOR HIS SECOND TENURE AND YOU AND TIFUNUBU.BOKOHARIA AND OTHER LOSERS WILL NOT SUCCEDE.by the way were is obasanjo? Ever since his son was rumored to have died in tha plane crash we havnt heard from him
Do you mind him ? So they expect GEJ to resign so that they would field in dia own candidate. Do they think he's a fool or just a pawn ?

Atiku is a bad looser. He should thank his God that he's not cooling off his assss in jail.

shymexx: You know how cold winter is during Christmas. So you might get frostbite, and cold does kill people. A lot people do die during winter because of the cold. Now imagine staying out stranded in the cold for a long period because buses and trains aren't working. So you can't really sue no one for that because people are warned about what Christmas represents in the country all the time.

I think the same applies to this particular topic. And from what I can see on the paper the OP posted, there isn't any threat on there. Just an awareness about the custom/tradition/culture of the land and the people being responsible for whatever happens to them, if they disobey it.

Being alive itself is a risk - however, you should be good, if you play by the rules. There are rules to everything, just play by it.
shocked. I don't believe you can make such comparison. Its just so funny. In the first place, no one in England or Alaska will warn U not to go out during winter, U are the one who will determine whether to stay @ home or not.

Orikinla: These ritual cultists must be arrested.
They don't have any constitutional right to make their own laws in Nigeria.
Will they stop police and military patrol at night?

When white people are using their own juju to invent internet and other awesome inventions to advance human civilization, primitive black people are using their own juju for witchcraft. And some people here are giving them thumbs up?
No wonder many people here still prefer to live in darkness and backwardness in the 21st century.
My brother, that's the point. You can imagine all commercial activities and military patrol coming to a halt.
As long as people spend millions to build empires, Oniru just can't call the shots.
Nb: For safety reasons, I will advise people to stay at home.

I dare you to go to kano and tell ado bayero to stop the durbar festival or go to birnin kebbi and tell them to stop the argungu festival because it disturbs your business activity
Argungun fishing festival is a tourist attraction. It shud even be encourage. Have U heard them kill any body there ?

What do you mean by asking that question huh So U support a fetish festival that would even affect movement.

It happens a lot in the North. But lesbianism is rampant in the SS states. Men attracted to men is a form of demonic oppression as well as women attracted to women.
I use to hear that Alhajis do it for ritual purpose. Even, many of our Northern politicians do it a lot. Some greedy men who want to make quick money turn to homosexuality. So if you see a southerner sleeping with Alhajis, know that he's doing it for money.

But the boy is just 17, he's not yet an adult.
