Even factorization questions Thats why they were chosen by their respective schols and scaled various stages of the competition to emerge to that stage. Some children are extremely gifted. I had one of such in my SSS class then, Abioye. That guy was fire I swear! I heard he got a scholarship of sorts and left the country for his A Levels and College. Babacele: Vivi there is a reason you are in Naija, and who says you can't be President. Take time and study how an otherwise slow but seemingly uninterested chemistry teacher- Angela Merkel became the Chancellor of Germany. If you can solve energy poverty, put food on folks' tables; evolve a new agro revolution that makes fulanis want to own ranches even in the desert; unleash innovative ways of policing and securing lives and property; create sustainable jobs and businesses that promote human dignity ; provide opportunities that make people own their houses with ease; make an improved and quality health care available; etc why won't Nigerians want you Vivi ? But none of the presidential candidate has been able to convince the walls of Kano, the burnt huts of Borno, nor the creeks in Bayelsa or the elegant streets in ikoyi about the richness of their new approaches to make us submit our rights to them in 2019. Time still dey small sha. Hahahaha, you this my friend you have a way with words o. See you almost convincing me! Nah, for real politics is not my calling. I know my strengths and interests and daily I try to forge ahead to better my lot in life accordingly. Active Politics isn't for me. As a highly successful entrepreneur in future, I would of course play my cards in that sphere from the sidelines. |

Babacele: lols.....Buhari may not be the expected Eldorado but he is way far better than all these guys. Apart from exporting Cannabis, I haven't heard any revolutionary plan in Sowore's campaigns ,nor has Durotoye impressed my mother with the innovativeness of his mind. Nor has any of the old political donkeys wowed Nigerians with the magic of their ideas.
If not for a Buhari, how would we have managed the socioeconomic rubble that PDP left this nation after 16 years of rape? In a PDP induced recession , Pmb has not only stabilized the nation, he has given us hope as well - a fundamental foundation only a better candidate can appreciate and build on. Buhari's CV is intimidating - from security, infrastructural development, Niger Delta issue, social investment to economy diversification- he has been a better manager given the mess of a nation he was entrusted to restore to sanity since 2015. Dont get me wrong please, I am no advocate for GEJ nor the PDP as party. I am not really partisan. I believe in the individual before the Party and I still believe that Buhari is NOT and can NEVER be the best option for us come 2019. Mba! |

I thought you were properly educated but alas you just ended up like any other Nigerian who don't understand the idea behind self determination.
I will chat you up when you properly educate yourself on the United Nations laws and why the British never went on killing spree against the Scots in 2014 or Irish people after their 1916 uprising for independence.
Until then, keep thinking like typical Africans whom are known for their low IQ. This would make it the second time we would engage in constructive discussion which u end it by insulting me. U did it last time, I called you out and you apologized. I almost didn't want to bait you by responding to your mentions but I didn't want to look rude, more so people are supposed to learn from their mistakes. But alas.... EternalTruths: Can you supply any evidence about past sit at home exercises that people were harassed by IPOB members.? I dont need to supply evidence to anything dear. Firstly the order is illegal as an illegal group does not have a right to give such an order in a State without the backing of the elected State governor. Secondly, the law enforcement agencies do not need to ask permission from civilians before they take the initiative to protect the entire populace. |

EternalTruths: OK
To me, the order is senseless.
Finally, resolve the Biafran agitation through a referendum than show of force. Its a Sit at home order. How is it a show of force by protecting those who legitimately refuse to be part of an order simply because they were unfortunate to live in that location? |

Babacele: Vivy dear i do not think soo when I place other contestants' political CV side by side with Buhari's. Maybe you and I but others so far, naaah! What are our parameters in measuring these presidential candidates? Don't you think we should be specific rather than being promiscuous in our approach? How you dey ? My bro, I dey where u leave me o. Please abeg make we no fight. Which CV does Buhari get? Your CV are your accomplishments over a period that stands as your selling point vis a vis your peers that should give u an edge over them. What has / can Buhari offer? If this were a country like SA or even Egypt, he would have been impeached long ago let's not even talk about climes in the diaspora. Let's give others a chance especially untested breaths of fresh air like the Durotoyes, Sowores of this world. The one we all thought had a plan ( going by his unrepentant and repeated trials for the presidency) did NOTHING and showed he had no real plan. We made a mistake once, pls let's not make it again. |

HungerBAD: I don't get it.
What exactly is the police complaining about this time?IPOB is down the food chain in my bottom list, but these guys are not bothering anyone.
They go for a protest, and they get arrested. Now that they want to stay at home, how is this even a bother to the Police?I do not like people oppressing others, and all I see is the oppression of the Igbo people.
The good people of Nigeria should speak against this oppression. The Police cannot go to the North,West and even the South South, and want to convert it into a modern day slavery plantation and not allow them have any kind of voice.
I support the APC, but will not support Tyranny.
The Government should stop the experimentation of slavery plantation owners on the people of the East. These guys have rights too. I believe the issue here isnt about who they disturb or not by sitting home. What I feel government is uncomfortable about is the fact that an "insignificant, small and rather marginalized" group has enough will power and clout to force an order within a State and majority of the populace complies. To the FG, it signifies a threat, a possibility of uprising etc. That's probably their fear |
Crime › Re: Police Arrest Whatsapp Group Members Over Fake News by vivaciousvivi(f): 10:24am On Sep 11, 2018 |
It looks like a minute issue but its actually a huge problem in countries such as India where sharing of such fake viral news is now a criminal offence. Recently, CNN has carried true stories of how mob lynches have taken place in various towns and small villages due to fake viral news.
One of the most painful was the story of 3 men who travel to look for casual work whose pictures where taken as they alighted from a bus and sent via WhatsApp groups that claimed they had gang raped and murdered kids. The men were surrounded and beater to death only for the whataspp group to later claim the story was false after police waded in. It was heart- wrenching. |
