Tombrown3: Well, U might be right, but these girls don't think like that. My value is not based on how immoral I am. In fact, my naughtiness spice them up, keeps them coming, there's never a boring moment, with me, they always feel relaxed. Who wouldn't want to be with such a husband. Lol..
U right, they should be worried about me more, fortunately for me women don't think like that. Oh you are mistaken there, some women think like that. It might interest you to know that there are still women that have value and place value above all else. Responding to keeping them busy with "naughtiness" how many minutes is the naughtiness going to last, and after that what else? I pray you meet such women and proally get to marry that kind, then you would know that both men and women have a lot to work on. |

Is it advisable to have a serious commitment as marriage with any of these girls? The question should be: is it advisable to have a serious commitment like marriage to you? If you can answer this question sincerely, with all honesty then you have got your answer. |

Registeredguest: I'm a lady in my mid- twenties, I got married aged 22, (always wanted to marry early) on the second year of our marriage we were blessed with a baby, parked to our house and things were rosy. I have always been a workaholic due to that I have never lack as a young lady in terms of finance.
I have always helped him in his house projects, might not be much 100k, 50k, 20k when need be. I never siphoned my money to myself, as a young lady I envisioned my pretty little family on my head, (3 children, handsome husband and pretty wife with a fine car living happily)
Now to the main problem,I think it all started when he told me he has seen a genuine plot of land that we should buy it together, I told him no, I want the land all by myself I have money to pay for it, (just want to have something tangible for myself alone) he said no problem. He sent me an account number of the seller I sent 600k to the seller.we did the necessary documents and everyone was happy.
After some weeks, I decided to dig around his phone then I discovered that the account I sent the 600k to, refunded 200k back to my husband, woke him up instantly I demanded for an explanation.he story no make sense. I was heartbroken, for months I was hurt...the two families got involved and settled the issue.money I no see...
Ever since this issue happened, the home has not been peaceful, fighting everyday. I find it so difficult to forgive him. I insult him, he insults me, he broke my phone, I break his door...I was demanded for an apology he says "I'm his wife, no be today man dey collect him wife money, he say woman go build house for him husband no ear no go hear" those things hurt me more... everyday was fight, I parked out,I went to my sister's place,he didn't call, he didn't reach out.
3 weeks after I parked I discovered I was pregnant, and informed him immediately through text.i stayed at my sister's place for 2 months no word from him... I decide to rent my own place,I rented a place and went to his house to park my remaining stuff,I meet him home,as soon as he sees I came with a truck to park my things he knelt down and started begging me...I was like,na today I commot for your house why now? He say he think say I dey play, he no think say I serious like this, for good two months you didn't say anything why now...with enough dragging I parked my things to my new rented apartment... since the day I park till now this man has not allowed me rest, his family members has been calling me to come back home, his dad came from the village to plead on his behalf.
My dad is insisting I should not go back...I'm now 6 months pregnant ,I need a father in my children's life.im finding it difficult to forgive him,I'm struggling within myself to forgive and trust this man again.
How can I let go of the past and move back with him...I decided to pay him a visit on Friday,he was happy I came,he did everything possible to show me he has changed but that feeling of betrayal and hurt is there.i left there this morning with querrell,I know I started the querrell, but I can't just seem to forgive him.please I need your help and advice on this pressing issue of mine.
No insult please, I have cried enough. Think about it, just this one mistake he made, how can you not forgive him? He has been good to you all this while, so why not forgive him? Go to God in prayers, ask the Holy spirit to help you out, remember, if you don't forgive him, God won't forgive you, that's the rule. Get two pieces of papers, write down the wrongs and rights he's done to you, this will inform your forgiveness. Besides, you both are "one" Do not let anyone talk you into regret. Besides, the man is remorseful naaaaa... do not harden your heart before you lose a good man o |

Survivor2020: My 17 years old brought shame to me last year she got pregnant, I have disowned her and sent her packing. She is staying with her boyfriend in his family home.
She gave birth 5 months ago she has been sick ever since she had the baby and the boyfriend doesn't have any money to take care of her. Plus the living condition is not suitable for her in her condition.
I have forgiven her and I want to take her back home so I can take her to the hospital for treatment but I don't want her to come with her baby. Please note there is only me and my 7 years old son at home. I work and my son goes to school till 5pm.
I don't have time to babysit the baby. I want the father to take care of his child while I take care of mine. I hope my decision is not bad? You did the wrong thing, they are both your blood and a child is always a blessing. Please take them back and take care of them, God will make a way for you. You don't want to live 10-15years later and wished you could turn back the hands of time. Ps: I understand your pain very much, the 'shame' as you so call it will turn out to be a blessing. I wished I had a child earlier. |

Education › Re: End In Sight For ASUU Strike As FG Reviews ‘No-work No-Pay’ Policy by vivavik(f): 10:40am On Sep 08, 2022 |
kingi777: I think FG sees university lecturers as mere civil servants that is why they don't have regard for them. The truth is that for you to qualify to lecture in the university, you must develop your self by acquiring higher degrees such as MSc and PhD. Even though some people would say it doesn't matter, it costs a lot to do research especially for those in sciences due to dollar exchange rate as most of the reagents and equipment are imported. When you suffer to get this qualifications, they start paying you with meagre salary. I think ASUU has been listening to the cry of the masses by calling off the strike in the past without achieving anything. Somepeople are against ASUU getting decent pay by comparing them with civil servants that do not need research publications, conference attendance and higher certificates for promotion. A lecturer works all round the corner, both at night and weekends without rest. Most of them slump and die due to stress from overload of work duties. The truth is that most universities are understaffed and that’s why ASUU is asking for earn allowance due to over admission of students. I've been privileged to attend a conference in South Africa and I saw the cars/machines driven by lecturers and I was awed. They are really paid well. But I noticed in Nigeria, lecturers are no more proud of their work because of let down by even students as they can hardly buy decent cars or live in good neighbourhood. Universities are built every day but no provision of lecturer's quarters unlike in the 60s. Some enemies of education would also say what are the lecturers teaching, but nigerian graduates are doing wonderfully well in different parts of the world. They follow the NUC curriculum and are checked via accreditation. FG has to stop demoralising lecturers by paying them well so as to encourage them to concentrate and put in their best for the betterment of students. Why should an MSc holder working with TETFUND for eg be paid NGN700,000 as entry salary while a PhD holder starts with less than NGN130,000/140,000 in the university? Go to TETFUND and verify, you won't see children of nobody there; most of them are children of Senators, governors, ministers, emirs etc. Meanwhile, the TETFUND came through the effort of ASUU o. Yet a professor earns less than NGN450,000 and the government feel good. Some say Fg don't have money so what's the rationale for spending billions on school feeding? The Fg is making the university unattractive and if care is not taken, education in Nigeria will be affected as it's only those who don't have a choice that would like to lecture as the best brains won't consider doing suffer head for nothing. Are you a lecturer? If No, then I'm impressed that you have first hand knowledge on what is going and, it shows people are understanding and know the plight of our Lecturers. Your last paragraph was what my friend and i were discussing this morning, verbatim. Bright brains are getting disinterested in lecturering, I initially wanted to do my PhD in Nigeria, as it is going, I'm losing interest and might seek for scholarship to Canada or the UK. I just wish things will be different and the fed govt. Will get it right. Thank you for bringing light to what they are going through here. |

EmperorTolson: Please house, I need the advice of all medical personnel in the house and any help I could get. I have a friend that is battling with pelvic inflammatory disease.
According to her, she got to know in year 2020 and she's treated it countless time since she discovered but the infection keeps coming back.
After recent treatment again, she couldn't sleep yesterday due to a pain in her stomach (she felt like her abdomen is going to cut) and when she seek medical advice, she was told that its due to the infection.
Please, how can this infection be treated once and for all? What does she have to do? She's been to two hospitals already. She shouldn't joke with it as it is life threatening. Tell her to go to a government approved hospital. if possible, go to a teaching hospital or FMC and shun private hospitals. It might also be something else, but she needs to get tested to get the accurate diagnosis. A pelvic and abdomen scan should be conducted, its an emergency for her as it can affect her giving birth later. She should abstain from unprotected sex, condoms can fail too, but she just has to be super careful. |

In Lagos, you want to survive on 50k with no free accommodation, no free transportation, no free feeding.
First of all, he can't get anything apart from face me and face you house where room will be in oshodi and bathroom will be in agege....
Let's say he spend 1k per day on food which is almost impossible. That's already 30k per month.
Brooooooo. Monday to Saturday - 50k.... 9 to 6pm, Erasing any mindset of side hustle....... To even think of the fact this company made applicants write exams and strict interview. That company will reap its fruit for this wickedness.... You are only looking at the now, what about the experience he'd gain for the future? people are doing lesser jobs and are surviving you know?
