I had this same problem too some years back.
The problem is that friendliness and playfulness is actually a natural built in character of some dogs and in most cases there is really nothing one can do to make them aggressive and territorial.
I would advise you to give these dogs back and get back your money and if that is not possible then you should sell them and get Rottweilers instead because most of them have this natural instinct to be territorial and protective they are also naturally vicious.

Op don't take this advice o. So many rottweilers I've come across are as useless as your dog. Gsds are even better when it comes to aggressiveness..
