Health / Re: Has Anyone Experienced Ringing In The Ears Before? Your Help Urgently Neded by Votewisely2019: 3:54am On May 22, 2020
It will disturb her sleep, especially because her worry and anxiety level has gone high. Just as explained above, it is an adverse side effect of medication. The good news is most often, this kind of tinnitus goes away, bit for some it may remain permanent.
Best way to manage it and sleep with it is by meditating with it, listen to it and assume it is like any other night sound, like the cricket chirping or the sound of the fan etc.
If you try to avoid it, you definitely not sleep for long before it wakes you up. Am talking from experience. It can be managed, also note that it gets less intense as she stops taking the medication causing it. It will gradually wear off. If it is still disturbing her, you can buy betahistine dihydrochloride, let her take a tablet of 8mg morning and evening along with vitabiotic 2 tabs morning and evening.
Warning:
She shouldn't take the medication, if she has stomach ulcer (peptic ulcer), high blood pressure or asthmatic.

@ OP
You are exactly what some of us are.
But kindly put effort in doing better, or else don't think of getting married. You will only break the poor woman.
I was like you, it helped me through my single days, no heartbreak, no drama,
No body could hurt my emotions.
But learnt the hard way to change for the sake of building a healthy married life

Health / Re: This Happened In Kano State. by Votewisely2019: 6:37am On May 06, 2020
Common sense is not common. I really cry for my country, my people. This story is touching, I can't stop the tears and the heart break. As that man silently die a slow painful, agonising and avoidable death, what will be his last thoughts, what if he has other family members waiting at home for his return with food.
My people, we die because we decided our faith by prioritizing ethnic affiliation, religious affiliation and other bias when choosing our leaders. Now we pay with our lives. The leaders we voted for neglected us. Now we expect those around us to help us. Many are also struggling to survive too. Pls Nigerians should be kind hearted in this times and save the lives of those around them, forget the fact that some of the people crying and begging now brought some of the problems they are facing by voting out of sentiment.

Health / Re: High Blood Pressure Pls Help by Votewisely2019: 10:16pm On May 05, 2020
You have to provide information of the reading for your blood pressure to ascertain whether you require medication or just lifestyle changes. Generally avoid salty food, reduce alcohol intake, stop smoking if you are a smoker, use cholesterol free cooking oil, reduce red meat intake, exercise (with care anyway).
All this may not be fully effective until you provide certain important information which am sure may be personal to you (info like your age, you blood pressure:home reading, vulnerability to occupational or domestic stress, history of high blood pressure in your family etc) and don't forget to take the advice of the poster below.

Yes you should be worried, but this time less worries because you are already too worried. You headache is not malaria related, it is one of the related signs of anxiety. Trust me on this, although I will advice you overrule typhoid.
Health / Re: How I Discovered COVID 19 Is A Scam In Nigeria. by Votewisely2019: 12:30pm On May 01, 2020
There is something fishy about this, am afraid to say, the OP may run into trouble if proper investigation is conducted. First that is not a receipt but a prescription form. Someone is trying to be funny here. Am already seeing two different handwritings on the prescription form
Covid19 is not only in Nigeria, it is affecting the whole world, including African countries.
I just pity the elderly and those with comorbidities that will die as a result of believing you.

Health / Re: Relaxing Of Lockdown : A Time Bomb About To Explode by Votewisely2019: 10:36am On Apr 28, 2020
I agree with you that relaxing lock down may not be the best of strategies, but our country can not afford long time lock down with no palliatives. Also many persons are not really adhering to the social distancing and lock down rules.
Sincerely, if the lock down is not relax, we fear far more people both healthy, young and vulnerable will die of hunger, malnutrition, depression, increased crime, looming unemployment and economic crisis.
There is a point where the better out of the two time bombs has to be chosen (covid19 spread/death which is not at a really high rate and death from other impending menaces)
Because some of us have food stocked at home does not mean it is same for other persons.
Continue lock down in Nigeria is a bigger time bomb waiting to explode. "A hungry man is an angry man"
