Unlucky for me i didn't fall in any of the category mentioned above, i'm a fresh graduate that just left the four walls of classroom this year. Due to the situation at hand (out of cash) i'm yet to do my clearance nor pay for my certificate. This has delayed me from going to service as most of my mates who registered around june/july are currently in NYSC camp, i honestly wish to go with the next batch whose registration will commence jan/feb. This will be possible if i'm able to do my clearance & pay for the certificate, Although the money aforementioned won't sort out everything but it will be enough for my clearance. Thanks!!
