@all.going tru wat was posted in the uniben site it was stated that the online clearance had began since 1st of febuary.while sum are saying dat banks has not started selling the clerance card.shasi i hear say online clerance runs for two weeks so itden mens that the cont will be from 1st of febuary which i ridiculous.
