I don't really know what you can do for your phone. I would have said that you should format it but that didn't work. Why don't you try updating your phone software? By the way how did you format the phone? As for the activation key for the dictionary, go to google and type the name of the software followed by keygen and free download. E.g collins' unabridged 8th edition dictionary keygen free download
