If I roll up on my husband like a man trying to box, then I would fully expect him to handle the situation as a man who is being challenged, and fight back.  The minute I challenge or attack him on a physical level, I have stopped being his woman and have become his enemy.

Being a woman does not give me the right to attack someone and expect no repercussions. If I were to attack someone on the street, I would face consequences. I would expect that person to defend them self against me. Shouldn't the same apply in my home?

Physical fighting, slapping, hitting, or whatever that can cause physical harm does not belong in relationships unless it's consensual. (Some couples actually like beating up each other and dare anyone to intervene. Yeah its sick, but what can you do?)

Bottom line, Make love, not war!

The main reason is that the men are not able to apply an equal proportion of force; they usually cause more severe injuries to the women  because of greater strength and higher level of rage.

When it comes to responding with violence to a female partner''s assault, guys be aware of your greater strength and the possible severe injuries u may cause her even if she looks bigger than u. Better to consider a nonviolent approach to the issue unless she is using a weapon against you and u have no choice but to assault her in self defence.

Basically responding with violence to an assault is not the best choice in both sexes. But it is  usually a shame and unbelievable when  a man states he was beaten up by his partner and goes to court about it. So where does the man get justice in this case?

Its no news - Women are hormonal and emotional in nature and you going for a tit_for_tat wif 'em shows how immature you are. And also on the other hand, some Women have got their own issues no doubt but a good Woman - Would love, adore and respect you even more, would later have a rethink of her actions [IF AND ONLY IF YOU IGNORED/OVERLOOKED 'EM ACTIONS OF HERs AND NOT HIT HER] and apologize regardless of her being wrong or right.

I've analysed lots of responses and there was one issue that came out i'd like us to dissect. What if your wife/gf had always been such that is quick with the hands and cos you're a gentle man,you always let her get away with it and one day you realize she's beaten your mother up for reasons not good enough? What would be your reaction? For the women who feel men shouldn't hit women for any reason,what would you advice the men to do in such scenario?
