In your own way, you can check how honest Nigerians are - start a small business and put Nigerians in charge of it. Within 3 months, you will see how honest Nigerians can be.

I just completed a project and can tell you what I went through dealing with Nigerians as either workers, supervisor, people you buy things from, etc. Everybody wants to cheat you.
