With the provision of Microsoft on Office Application, I see no reason why all businesses should not be running on their own customized application by now.
Bill Gates has since more than a decade ago offered the world of global small businesses this amazing opportunity. But I still see today even in the public sector, archaic filing systems. I was in
a popular hospital in Lagos sometime ago, to see a friend patient, where a notice a store containing heaps of paper files as high as seven feet above the mean sea level, I was like What!! in this age!
Well, if you have a business small as it is, you make things easy for your self because life is easy since Christ has died and rose again. The solution is that your small laptop and desktop which you only use to type and check facebook. Anyway if want detail you can contact us.

It depends on the type of person your boss is. Most times enterprenuers don't own the capital for business.

1. Because God commands it:

"A tithe of all you produce is the Lord's and it is Holy." (Leviticus 27:30)


2. Because Jesus commands it:

"Yes, you should tithe, and you shouldn't leave the more important things undone either." (Matthew 23:23) Tithing was the only thing Jesus commended the Pharisees for doing right!



3. Because tithing shows that God has first place in your life:

"The purpose of tithing is to teach you to put God first place in your life". (Deuteronomy 14:23 (LB) If God does not have first priority in your finances, He isn't really first in your life and your witness for Christ is false!


4. Because it reminds you that everything you have was given to you by God:
"Always remember that it is the Lord your God who gives you the ability to produce wealth." (Deuteronomy 8:18) Rather than feeling "I'm giving God 10% of my money," realize God is letting you keep 90% of HIS money. Without God's help, you would have nothing.


5. Because tithing expresses your gratitude to God for helping you earn income:
"How can I repay the Lord for all His goodness to me?" (Ps. 116:12) Here's the answer: "Each of you should bring a gift in proportion to the way the Lord your God has blessed you." (Deuteronomy 16:17)


6. Because refusing to tithe is stealing from God:

If you don't tithe, God says you are using money that rightfully belongs to Him. "God says: "Will a man rob God? Yet you are robbing me!' But you ask, 'How do we rob you?' God says: 'In tithes and offerings. Bring your whole tithe to My house.'" (Malachi 3:8-19) (God has a right to whatever He asks for from you.)


7. Because tithing gives God a chance to prove to you that He exists and wants to bless you:

"Bring me your tithe. Test me in this," says the Lord, "and see if I won't throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it, I will prevent pests from devouring your crops and the vines in your fields will be protected from plagues."

This is one of the most amazing promises in the Bible. God actually offers you a challenge. He says "I dare you!" Start tithing and watch what happens!" He not only promises to bless you with more, but He also promises to protect what you already have! In the Bible, tithing is the only way given that you can prove God exists. Start tithing and get ready for God's amazing blessings!


8. Because it is essential to spiritual growth:
"Just as you grow in everything in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in earnestness and love...see that you also grow in the grace of giving." Many Christians remain spiritual babies because they disobey God by not tithing.


9. Because tithing shows you really love God!
"Where your treasure is, your heart will be also." (Matthew 6:21) Wherever you put your money is where your affection is going to be. Every time you give back to God you are drawn closer to Him. You may say you love God, but 2 Corinthians 8:8 says that you’re giving tests the sincerity of your love. You can give without loving but you cannot love without giving.
Jesus said, "If you really love me, do what I command." (John 14:15)


10. Because tithing is an investment for eternity:
Jesus told us to "Store up treasures in heaven." (Matthew 6:19-20) How do you do that? By investing your money in helping people get to heaven! Most of the things you spend your money on will not even last for ten years, much less last for eternity.

It is only selfishness that makes many of us preacher over hyped the issue of tithes. It's because these days local assemblies prefer monetary instrument to run affairs of ministry.
But the real thing is that God wants our most precious thing if not our all. Tithe is not our most precious thing to offer. it's value varies from person to person. A young man earning one million may be paying because it's of little value to him because the remaining 90% can sustain him, while another young man earning 20 thousand may not be able to pay because the 100% is not able to take care of his need. We all have our strength and weakness and as such has something to give which is precious to God.
God wants everyone to give in line with his strength. To whom much is given to whom much is expected. Tithe is good. But God wants more than that to prove our love for him. Many that pay tithes pays because of other motives other than absolute love for God.

You are the only that has talked so far. Our generation shall continue to pay dearly for ignoring the value of knowledge until we change our ways.

More so, let us learn important technical lesson from this event. I expect a situation where enquiry is set up by govt. on this. The findings should be made public for members of public to be educated. Knowledge is power that can prevent people from perishing.
For now I can advice that we should maintain minimal contact with our devices when they are being charged. A circuitry breakdown between bridge rectifier and transformer in the power supply system can send wrong output to the device. This I have experienced once in my exploits with the world of IT once.

Yes, this thing has puzzled me for a while but why do guys wait for their girlfriends to get pregnant before getting married to them? This is the trend we see now. We don't have culture of doing things right in country, and this why.
To help you so that you don't end up erecting illegal structure I will advice you to be careful on whom to consult.
Now, ideally speaking, the first thing to consider is the location and physical planning scheme prevailing in that neighborhood. Some areas especially in major cities such as Lagos Abuja portharcourt has very strict planning provisions that stipulate percentage of your land you can develop and the type of development. In Lagos development control is getting serious by the day, and if you don't believe me pay visit to produce Berger in Lagos.
So if your land is in such location I bed hire someone to help you check what you can do on your land and carry them along.
However, if you are not in such development control hot-spot you can just play save by making sure you don't develop more than 50% of your land for the sake of the future and be contented with whatever no. of rooms that can give you.
These Randy pros may just lure you to build anything and get their fee and leave you to bear the consequences later.

U re right to some degree and those seeking divine protection re also right bcoz our existence on earth is not by our will but of someone greater hence we
