It's no brainer.

It will be sheer waste of time for the Supreme Court to spend more than 3 days on the case if you diligently go through the Appeal Court judgement.

The Presidential Election Tribunal proved beyond all reasonable doubt that both defeated candidates are not serious and are wasting the time of the court.

The Supreme Court must fine them heavily this time around.

Just imagine a SAN paid millions by Alhaji Atiku now arguing in court that the Presidential elections case has no deadline and State Elections tribunal are the only ones the 180 deadline is meant for because the Presidential Election Tribunal is drawn from the Appeal Court. INEC really need to loud all these things very very well.
And they should let Nigerians to understand that the IREV is just for Verification Purposes.
