Building a palm plantation takes years but once it hits production you then start seeing it. While you lament here, almost on a monthly basis since this current govt came on board, new palm plantations and palm oil refinery are being set up and doing backward integration. Such companies are on the stock exchange and I know at least 3 companies on the exchange that invested billions in a palm plantations but yet to hit production.
In fact, from much already going on in that space, other savvy investors are moving to other cash crops like cashew which is one of the highest export now and Julius Berger has started buying up unshelled cashew nuts to process into nuts and export.
Just stop wasting your time and life on the social media, a lot is going on so find out and key in so you can quit this lamentation.

Social media is the best place to know if such things are going on. Every multinationals has pages on it. Those companies who invested in it would need to market it to the world someday and social media provides such platform, if a lot is going on and social media doesn't know, maybe it is for domestic consumption. Anyway I am aware of many private investment in that direction and a part of some in a little way but the role of government in providing enabling environment is what would to a large extent determine the outcome, just like Malaysia that the OP cited.

From the above report Malaysia exports $13.31 billion worth of palm oil in eight months. This is close to what Nigeria earns from Crude Oil sales in the same period.

It is important to note that Palm Oil originates from West Africa where it grows in the wild and later was developed into an Agricultural crop. Sadly, today Indonesia is the world largest producer of Palm Oil closely followed by Malaysia.

Indonesia and Malaysia are by far the largest palm oil producing nations. Together they account for 85-90 percent of the total production of this vegetable oil. Other important producing countries are Colombia, Nigeria and Thailand.

Correction:

There is this fraudulent rumor that the late Premier of the Northern region, Sardauna of Sokoto, took Palm Oil seedlings to Malaysia. This is not true. Palm Oil was introduced to Malaysia, then Malaya, by the British in early 1870's as an ornamental plant.

Conclusion:

Nigeria and by extension West Africa should wakeup and double Palm Oil production in the region. While other nations of the world are making progress and advancing, we are moving backwards with underdevelopment. Unfortunately, this is our sad reality...

1. You don't make sense at all with this assertion, I hope you understand that. That Paul's vision of Jesus Christ took place does not change what Jesus Christ declared regarding the dead. That the Spirit of God came down from Heaven after Jesus Christ ascended to Heaven also does not change the declarations made. I am not certain why you are confusing both cases in the way that you do.

Jesus Christ explained using the character of Abraham that since the people have all been given the Law by which they will all be judged, none will be sent back from the dead to watch the living living addition. What happened in the case of Lazarus and the rich man was not a declaration neither is it a law. It was an instance of destination of man after his sojourn on Earth. That is the subject matter of that story and the focus. The focus was not on declaration of law on modus operandi of sending message from heaven to Earth. These are two separate entities. What you are deducing from the story is just inferences and insinuation.
From the days of the old testament it had been God's prerogative to decide on the method of passing information to his people. From time Abraham, prophets, judges, Kings, priest, till the time of the Lord and Holy Spirit. As I have said in my earlier comment, if that were general rule Jesus would not break it by coming in the Spirit to convert Saul to Paul. The rich man made that request because it thought it would help his kinsmen to easily believe, but the All knowing God said it would not, but in the case of Paul God knew the heart of Paul that it would take a divine encounter to reveal the truth to him. Jesus chose John for Revelation and set him aside from being a martyre for the cross like other Apostles, Jesus is still in the same business today. Heb13:8 God bless you.

1. It doesn't matter what one's experience in this world is. What matters above everything else is the Truth as stated by God Himself, and told us through His prophets.

2. Wrong! Heaven and Hell will not be open to admission until after Jesus Christ returns and then Judges the world - Matthew 25 vs 31 - 46. What this means is that only visions of Heaven and Hell are available to us. Now, it makes no sense for a dead person to have a vision of Heaven or Hell... the person is supposed to be dead as a door knob. A vision of Heaven or Hell seen by someone who is alive is one thing, a vision to someone who is supposed to be dead is something entirely different.

3. As Jesus Christ warned, there will be no one sent back from the dead to warn the living. Delusions are just that... delusions.

Argument of people building pastoral career on lies is not similar to unbelievers who were experts in medical and science based field, who were doing very well in their field like Apostle Paul but staked everything because of testimony of their experience. Finally, in the case you cited about Lazarus and the rich in the Bible, Jesus did not issue a general statement. The rich requested somebody in a spirit form to go and warn his brothers, but his request was not granted, and it ends there. If that were a general policy Jesus wouldn't have gone in the spirit to covert Paul.

We need a short term systemic approach to address Inflation . We need to first settle security like he said but in addition next to that should be food security. The best approach to combat inflation is from supply side. Many shy away from this approach because the think it is a long term process. But agriculture comes to our rescue on this because: 1. It is a common need. 2. It's involves a short term process 3. We have comparative advantage in it. 4. The technology involved is not too complex unlike power or other sectors. According to an article published by the medical outlet last Friday, the 36-year-old male spent five days in Spain in June this year, developing a fever accompanied by a sore throat, fatigue, and a headache nine days later. A subsequent test yielded a positive result for Covid-19. Taking into account the appearance of pustules indicative of monkeypox, samples of the liquid contained in the vesicles were sent to be tested for the virus and came back positive as well.

Subsequent tests were carried out to check if the individual was infected with viral hepatitis, herpes simplex, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and lymphogranuloma venereum. None of these sexually transmitted diseases were identified. However, an HIV-1 test did come back positive.

Despite the combination of the dangerous diseases, the treatment administered by Italian doctors saw the patient recover relatively quickly, with visible signs of monkeypox disappearing almost completely within ten days.

The doctors noted that, given the scarcity of evidence, it is hard to tell at this point if this combination of viruses necessarily aggravates a patient’s condition.

Someone listed healing and deliverance. Does that mean only Christians are being healed and delivered in Nigeria? This is foolishness as we know miracles happen to non-Christians too. I know many Christians over 40yrs looking for husbands/ fruit of the womb going from one form of crusade, revival, shiloh etc. to another. They went last year. They will still go this year and the next. What about the daily, weekly an monthly ones? Na so so revival, crusades, etc.

A t least they have hope. So thats a huge benefit. That will enable them get over temptation to go into crime, depression, suicide, rituals unlike people like you who have no hope hence are quick to use short cut to sort yourself out. Thus society at large is better off because of Christianity.
