Not all polytechnics will be converted to uni. The most outstanding ones like Yabatech and Kaduna Poly, amongst others, will benefit. However, others that are not converted shall remain polytechnics with highest capacity to issue OND only. More so,DE into varsities by OND graduates should be made easy.

This morning I had an encounter with this FRSC official along Ikorodu-Shagamu road. I gave him all he asked for from DL to fire extinguisher. I was feeling so ahead of him until he asked me to march on the brake pedal,and alas he told me one of the brake lights did not come up. He was going to give me a ticket of #4500 for that offence but I began to beg him. After much plea,I settled myself with #2,000 and I left.

Surprisingly a strange phone rang in my car before I got to Ogijo and it turned out to be the FRSC official begging me to please stop wherever I was just for him to come pick the phone. But I told him I would bring the phone back to him when I get to Ikorodu. This was a man I had to beg for minutes before he could accept a bribe of #2,000 from me.

However,few hours later I got back to Ikorodu and called him. He came thanking me with smiles on his face and gave me back my money while I gave him his phone. We then shared contacts.

If it happened to you,what would you have done?
