In mAmaechi is thean to beaty opinion, Professor Osinbajo is the only credible candidate that the APC have at the moment. If they miss him, they miss out completely. I guess they realize this. Even though i am not a fan of APC, but If Osinbajo emerges as the flag bearer he will get my vote. It should not be about party but individual candidates who are sincere with good intentions.

Bank job is better than meristem.My candid advise for her is to embrace any work out side the banking industry.There is no guarantee in the bank at all.Bank can sack any staff at any time without prior notice. If she can not secure any other job , she take the banking job and start saving immediately . While looking fo other good jobs like lecturing and other well secured job.

My sister is 26 years and a graduate of Statistics from a federal university in the South East. There is an issue, more like a blessing. She had been writing aptitude tests since and failing but something remarkable is happening this year. She has been passing all the graduate trainee tests and interviews this year. She is at the final stage of Cerdar group, Stanbic, Meristem and Oilserv graduate trainee program. Just waiting for offer letters. She got an offer into Wema bank graduate trainee but rejected it because of 2 years bond. She is currently in Gt Bank graduate training school.

The issue is that KPMG just invited her for their test which is physical on Saturday. The Gt bank program runs from Monday-Saturday. I have been trying so hard to convince her to take take permission from the tutors at Gtb and go to write the KPMG test. She refused that she does not like Accounting as she read Statistics but she was open to it before this year and had been writing tests of different audit firms. I prefer KPMG to Stanbic and GT and want her to give it a shot.

She is 26 and this is her last chance at any graduate trainee program. Please what do you guys think? She is confused too.

KPMG ( yet to write the test)
GTB ( in training school already)
Meristem ( Waiting for offer letter)
Stanbic ( Waiting for offer letter)

Which among the above listed is the better choice for a graduate of statistics and is the KPMG test worth taking the risk. Please I need opinions from Nairalanders as I told her to allow me take my time to think about it.

On Edo APC Governorship Primaries:
1. Even if the APC Governors Forum resolve to support Obaseki, they cant vote him in the primaries,.
2. PMB does not interfere with party decision. He didnt interfere in 2019 even when his own presidential bid would have been put in a jeopardy, not to talk of now that he is completely focused on governance and legacy.
3. PMB generally favours, and advocates for direct primaries as a means to prevent corruption in political process.
4. The worst nightmare for Obaseki is that the party's constitution states that it is the National Working Committee that organise primaries.
5. Courts have held in Plethora of cases that the supremacy of the party is sacrosant except where they violate their constitution.
6. Obaseki's contender (Pastor Ize-Iyamu) is a political heavy weight with astonishing followership.
7. Pastor Ize-Iyamu is from the same electoral area (Bini Bini, Edo South, Edo South) with Obaseki, so there is no territorial advantage
8. Any attempt by Obaseki to prevent the primaries in Edo having regards to timelines will rather reduce the stress and inconveniences that the NWC may go through as the party will have no option than to submit a name to INEC in compliance with Electoral Act and INEC Guidlines
9. Courts have held that INEC does not have the power to reject a name submitted to it by any political party
