Some weeks ago, I created a thread "ONE OF THE WORST THINGS A GUY OR MAN CAN EVER DO TO AN UNMARRIED GIRL OR LADY" which is to date a her, impregnate her and make her commit abortion(s), promise her marriage and later dump her to marry someone else. I also gave some true life experiences of some people I (used to) know, one of which was a girl who laid this same curse on her ex who did similar thing to her and as the time she was still in that State, the guy's wife had still not given birth (though I don't know whether or not the curse was the reason/cause). Recently, a woman I know revealed to me that she cursed the man she was supposed to marry. The man impregnated her in her youth when they were dating, gave her hope of marriage, she delivered a baby girl for him and he deceitfully left her after denying the pregnancy. She confessed cursing him that he'll never hear the cry of a female child in his house for denying his own daughter. It's been over sixteen years now and the man the man still doesn't have a daughter after having 3 or 4 sons. This made the man to make peace with woman, accept the daughter and now taking care of her education but I still can't tell whether or not her curse is the cause of the man's inability yo have a son till date. I KNOW SUCH CURSE HAPPENS IN NOLLYWOOD MOVIES BUT IN REAL LIFE, DOES IT REALLY WORK? |

This is like a correction or reply to the thread "THE WORST MISTAKE A MAN CAN EVER MAKE" by #goodfornothing which he said is to promise marriage to a girl and eventually fail to marry her after sleeping with her. In as much as I'd like to agree that it's one very bad and deceitful thing that could be done to a girl, I must also disagree that it's not the worst. One of the worst things (if not the worst) a guy/man can ever do to a girl/lady is to leave/dump her after promising her marriage and making her COMMIT ABORTION once, twice or severally. I know abortion has become more common today due to the increasing rate of unwanted pregnancies but it could be believed that most young girls who have had abortions were impregnated by people they had mere relationships with, casual love affairs or flings,not really guys they courted and were really hoped or meant to marry...correct me. I know a girl who attended the same University with me, she opened up to me about having three abortions for her ex who promised and/or wanted to marry her while they were dating. They dated for over five or six years and the most painful part of her own experience is that the third abortion she had for the guy was (supposed to be) a twin and she almost died. Unfortunately for her, after years of dating and being committed to the guy, he eventually left her for another girl because he probably didn't see or consider her to be fresh anymore. The heart break almost made her resort to dealing with the guy diabolically but some family members and friends advised her against it. It wasn't easy for her to get over everything. When I was serving, I had a female neighbour who revealed to me about having two abortions for her fiance she was meant to marry. Sadly and unfortunately for her, the young man surprisingly left her, secretly went to do introductory and marriage rites for another girl. It was even the guy's younger sister that revealed it to her because his family already loved and accepted her. She confessed she cursed the guy the usual curse of "you'll never hear the cry of a baby in your house" and as at the time I was still serving, the young man's wife hadn't still conceived but I really can't tell if her curse had anything to do with it. This made him to start contacting my female neighbour for forgiveness, a peaceful settlement and for her to take away whatever curse she must have placed on him. I have a very close female friend in the East whose "fiance" made her to have her 1st abortion late last year due to unprotected sex she was warning him about and I had to advise her against it to avoid subsequent unwanted pregnancies and abortions. Surprisingly, she called me last month to say she was two months pregnant for her fiance. Though he had still not gone to see her people nor do something on her head but was still planning to do so (according to her). I know a young lady in Port Harcourt whose so-called fiance deceived her with marriage promise, made her to have about three previous abortions for him I'm not advising on or trying to promote the use of contraceptives but sometimes I tend to wonder why some girls fail to prevent repeated unwanted pregnancies after having unprotected sex with their lovers and allowing them to offload their highly productive sperm inside them, especially considering the fact that they've previously had about one or two abortions. Though in the cases above, the girls revealed that their lovers were the ones who insisted on sex without condom and also forced/made them to have the abortions but no matter the obedience, respect, submission, desire to please their lovers and the skin-to-skin enjoyment, a girl should know how to protect herself and prevent her body from experiencing things like abortion(s) which is known to have adverse effects on the body, health and life of a woman in different ways. I CAN DATE A GIRL AND PROMISE TO MARRY HER BECAUSE OF THE LOVE, RESPECT, UNDERSTANDING AND COMPATIBILITY WE HAVE AT THE EARLY STAGE OF OUR RELATIONSHIP BUT I MIGHT CHOOSE NOT TO GO AHEAD WITH THE MARRIAGE IF EVENTUALLY AT THE LATER STAGE(S) OF THE RELATIONSHIP OR COURTSHIP, THERE SHOULD BE SOME DISCOURAGING, DISAPPOINTING AND/OR NEGATIVE DISCOVERIES, CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND MY CONTROL THAT I CAN’T LIVE OR CONTEND WITH FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. ONE THING I KNOW IS THAT I WOULD NEVER WANT TO MAKE A GIRL GO THROUGH SERIES OF ABORTION FOR ME AND I’D EVENTUALLY LEAVE HER AFTER PROMISING HER MARRIAGE AND WORST OF ALL, MAKING HER TO REJECT OTHER SUITORS COMING FOR HER…THAT’S ONE OF THE WORST THINGS A GUY OR MAN CAN EVER DO TO AN UnMARRIED GIRL OR LADY.” |

Odichi: My dear, na true u talk ooo...though not in all cases. Anambra people sometimes find it hard to even marry outside their home town. They hardly marry from Abia and Imo States; some can't even marry from any other Igbo State. If OP's case is that of a typical, traditional, culturally concentrated and conservative Anambra man, then I think I'd support you that her situation could possibly be a hopeless one. |

Similar issue with a Yoruba girl I know. She dated her Igbo boyfriend all through her University days and they even intended to get married. The guy really wanted to settle down with her but he wasn't financially ready then. The girl was ready to wait for him but her mother refused and threatened that she'd disown her if she should marry an "Omo Igbo." The mother also pushed her to marry a Yoruba guy that was coming for her hand in marriage, not only because the guy was Yoruba but also because he was well-to-do, reminding her daughter of their family condition and how she suffered during her University days. The girl couldn't continue fighting and challenging her mother, she had to give in to her mother's pressure and ended up marrying the guy. After about4 or 5 years of a horrible marriage experience, the girl couldn't bear it anymore and had to run away to Lagos with the the money she could find and her only daughter because her life was beginning to be threatened by her husband. Now her ex boyfriend who is Igbo but currently resides in Malaysia is still interested in taking the girl back cuz he still loves her, needs her and still feel guilty that it was his fault the girl ended up with such a husband because he wasn't financially ready. The funniest part of it all is that her ex husband is preparing to get married to an IGBO girl, not even a Yoruba girl. My dear OP, I don't know what exactly to tell you because I won't be there IF the heat starts from the guy's parents after marriage but I'll advise you commit everything to God, seriously pray for God to soften and change the hearts of his parents. 3 Likes |

NOBODY OR POLITICIAN HAS THE MORAL JUSTIFICATION TO CALL ANOTHER PERSON OR POLITICIAN CORRUPT, UNLESS.... Corruption is a form of dishonest or unethical conduct by a person entrusted with a position of authority, often to acquire personal benefit.[1] Corruption may include many activities including bribery and embezzlement, though it may also involve practices that are legal in many countries.[2] Government, or 'political', corruption occurs when an office-holder or other governmental employee acts in an official capacity for personal gain. Sometimes, I get surprised how some people accuse other people of corruption knowing fully well deep within their hearts that they are also directly or indirectly guilty of that same corruption. I'm not trying to support or be against any Party and I won't mention any name nor make reference to any case(ongoing, already concluded or never brought up/raised or investigated) but in Nigeria today, we have a situation where only politicians of a particular party are believed to be free of corruption, thereby accusing politicians of the other party(ies) of being the only corrupt people, disregarding the fact that some of the politicians presently in the "accusing party" were previously with the politicians in the "accused party" and possibly partook in whatever act of corruption that was done by the accused party both in the federal and state levels. No need defining corruption or listing the various types or methods of corruption but theft, embezzlement, fraud, are the major cases of corruption bedeviling our country especially in every sector of the Government but it would be highly untrue to say that no past Governor, Senator, minister, Commissioner, L.G.A Chairman,political office-holder, etc in any Party(both the accusing and accused) is completely free of corruption in any or every way, whether the corruption is petty or grand/massive. In Daddy Freeze's reply to PM Davide Cameron, he quoted the book of JOHN 8:7 which says "let him who is without sin be the first to throw/cast a stone" but I just wonder why he has never quoted this to any of our stone-casting/stone-throwing, holy-art-thou, Saintly Politicians in the accusing party who with corruption allegations surrounding them(accused,alleged by both their States and individuals). The Bible says in; Matthew 7:3-5 Why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but fail to notice the beam in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' while there is still a beam in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank/log/beam out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye. BOTTOM LINE: NOBODY OR POLITICIAN HAS THE MORAL JUSTIFICATION TO CALL, ACCUSE OR CONDEMN ANOTHER PERSON OF CORRUPTION UNLESS THE ACCUSER IS A TRUE MAN OF GOD AND/OR SOMEONE COMPLETELY FREE OF EVERY FORM OF CORRUPTION(theft, embezzlement, fraud, bribery, favouritism/nepotism,clientelism,etc). If you've ever diverted even #1,000 of public fund/money for your personal use(whether you're a Government official,office-holder, banker, Pastor, church worker, Course rep, etc), then I guess you're guilty of corruption in your own little way. There's every possibility that if a person can embezzle money while occupying a small position with access to little money, that same person can also do more in a bigger position with access to huge amount of money. So before you accuse another person of corruption, examine your conscience and double check yourself to know if you're completely free of the types of corruption mentioned above, including ME. |

MOST TIMES I EVEN FEEL I'VE NOT BEEN OR I'M NOT BEING GRATEFUL ENOUGH TO GOD. SOMETIMES. I KINDA FEEL LIKE MY FEAR AND REGARD FOR GOD HAS DEPRECIATED. I'M GOOD WITH #3 & #4. I'VE BEEN PRACTISING #5 & #6 VERY WELL. I USE AN ANDROID PHONE AND A GLO LINE. I RECENTLY STARTED DOING THE NORMAL GLO INTERNET SUBSCRIPTION, AFTER I WAS UNABLE TO CONTINUE WITH THE BLACKBERRY INTERNET SUBSCRIPTION ANDROID USERS DO. I PREVIOUSLY DID THAT OF #3,000 FOR 6GIG BUT FORGOT TO CANCEL THE AUTO RENEWAL BEFORE MY ACCOUNT WAS CREDITED. I DIDN'T REALISE MY DATA PLAN HAD BEEN AUTO RENEWED UNTIL I SUBSCRIBED FOR THAT OF #4,000 - 9GIG DATA PLAN, THAT WAS WHEN I RECEIVED THE ALERTS FOR BOTH THE AUTO RENEWAL AND THE NEW SUBSCRIPTION, DOUBLE-CHARGING ME AND LEAVING ME WITH EXCESS DATA I CAN'T EXHAUST IN A MONTH. I CALLED GLO CUSTOMER CARE 121, I WAS ASKED TO CANCEL THE AUTO RENEW AND CALL ANOTHER HELP SERVICE 444 THAT HANDLES REVERTS. I CALLED 444 AND WAS DIRECTED TO SEND A MAIL TO 3gsupport@gloworld.com.
