Ofcos, why wouldn’t I? Till tomorrow I loosen my daughter and my wife’s braids or any hair they make. I also help my mum to loosen hers if she does need to make her hair. Sometimes we tend to misunderstand the priorities of a Father, Husband and a Son. I grew up helping my mum and sisters loosen their hairs. Only parents that can afford it do so. They can't wait for their 2 year old kid to start school just to show off. But the same people will take a back seat and wait until a child is 4 or 5 if they are broke.

People are just too careless. There shouldn't be a swimming pool where kids are, and there is no one to monitor them.

In my case, I was the protagonist. It was raining one Saturday afternoon, and I was trying to catch some sleep when I heard the piercing cries of a neighborhood kid.

I raced out to know what was happening and was met with a gory sight of a three year old bleeding from his head. It turned out that he fell and hit his head on the concrete slab in front of the apartment. I wondered for a moment why he was out in the rain.

Immediately, I reached for a rag and tried to stop the bleeding, to no avail. Without further ado, I swooped on him and rushed him to the nearest pharmacy. We were told the wound was very deep and needed a stitch.

We ended up in the hospital and the kid's dad joined us later. When the nurses stitched him up, they didn't put him under anaesthetic and I almost ran mad watching the gory scene, and the pains the kid endured.

One year later, I was passing by when I heard him telling some of his friends that I was the person that took him to a hospital when he fell down. I was moved by his words and was flattered at the same time.

Their families failed them. They would have been out since if they had a good lawyer.

Some criminals are very stupid. How do you carry a human head in broad daylight and expect not to be caught?
