Just because things are produced there doesn't make those things Chinese. The iPhone, for example, is not a Chinese product. But it is assembled in China after being designed somewhere else. The electronics you're referring to are not Chinese. LG, Samsung, Sony, etc are not Chinese. China proper products are useless.

As far as the number of warheads, the US is lying about their stockpiles too. Oh, and there's no such thing as first strike to America. More like blow for blow.
