989900: Want to stop corruption? It starts with the President downwards.
When politicians and religious leaders live ostentatious lives ill-fitting for should be moral-role-models, what do you expect of the common man? You lead by example, and that's non-inclusive of having what, 9 aircrafts in the PAF, nor feeding on millions/day while the rest feed on less than $1/day!
Any sincere leader should learn from Uruguay's president (José "Pepe" Mujica); described as "the world's 'humblest' president", due to his austere lifestyle and his donation of around 90 percent of his $12,000 (£7,500) monthly salary to charities that benefit poor people and small entrepreneurs.
His humble lifestyle is reflected by his choice of an aging Volkswagen Beetle as transport. In 2010, the value of the car was $1,800 and represented the entirety of the mandatory annual personal wealth declaration filed by Mujica for that year. In November 2014, the Uruguayan newspaper Búsqueda reported that he had been offered 1 million dollars for the car, which was manufactured in 1987; he said that if he did get 1 million dollars for the car it would be donated to house the homeless through a programme that he supports. His wife owns the farm they live on.
And this is a man that doesn't even believe in God!
And now transparency scores in Uruguay have improved in the last fifteen years in both absolute and comparative terms.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jos%C3%A9_Mujica http://www.againstcorruption.eu/reports/corruption-and-politics-in-uruguay/ Uruguay has legalized cannabis. Weed makes people more compassionate and emotional. |

She's absolutely right. First, everyone needs a permanent identifier. Secondly, after 12 months, everyone should be required to provide an account of their finances, including newly acquired properties and assets. They must coincide with income or be declared as gifts from a documented benefactor.
There's no way to completely prevent corruption, but when two or three governors enter the cell for 20 yrs, other civil servants will take heed. |

CFCfan: Yeah, his reputation would be tainted, regardless of the final outcome of the judicial process. And the fact that he is Black and an immigrant compounds his woes. He'd have to hope that most of his prospective clients consider his possible exoneration, before making a decision on whether to seek his services. As for the insurance companies, they may charge his office higher malpractice insurance fees because he failed to follow SOP with regard to the examination of a patient of the opposite sex. Not malpractice insurance, but health insurance companies won't mess with him. But you're right. His malpractice insurance will be another wahala. They will jack his rate through the roof if he manages to become operational again. 90% of patients use health insurance cards to pay for services though. Those health insurance companies like AETNA and Blue Cross for example, are the ones that will remove him from their listing. There's no point in being a doctor if health insurance companies won't mess with you. Which kyn doctor is out of network for all the insurance companies? Even Medicaid and Medicare. |

How come you concluded it was an inappropriate touch? when you go to a doctor complaining of v. aginal sores and discharges , won't he give you a v.aginal examination? is that what you call inappropriate touch? With all these cold desolate and deserted V. Aginas every where , every sensible doctor will wear double surgical gloves, with a generous application of KY jelly , before performing a V.E. Maybe, you are confused about location, because you lye on an examination couch for examination. Beds are for hospital wards, bedroom s, motels and hotels. . CFCfan: Let's wait for the conclusion of the judicial process before crucifying him. If he is exonerated by the courts, there are high odds of his license being restored. Nevertheless, the NC medical board could follow in the footsteps of their counterparts in Arizona, that refused to restore the license of a doctor in the same predicament, in spite of not-guilty verdict by a jury. Hopefully, any judgment exonerating the doctor should include an explicit order to restore his license. Health insurance companies won't fck with him anymore. Cash paying patients that do a Google search of his name will see this story. I wish him the best. He needs it. There is a thin line between a medical exam and pre-intimacy. Maybe he's an OB Gyn. |

The threat is greater than it's execution. This man is finished. Better send his application to Wal-Mart for their cashier position. Or start a new church called Wetter Days Ministry.

I always knew that this bottled up hatred will turn to aggresion one day and unfortunately we have seen the first of many attacks on theists by atheists.
The irony is that atheists usually complain that theists always try to convert them, now reverse is the case, its now atheist that are always passionately trying to deconvert theists and turn them to atheists. Funny but true. The man was angry about his parking space. Apparently, he and those Muslims were always having confrontations over parking spaces. Doesn't give him a reason to shoot them in cold blood, but it tells you the kind of volatile personality he has. The time frame that God talks is also questionable taking Adeboye as an example.
Who knows if God has been talking to me but because no one is yet to distinctly tell me how God talks (thunderous voice, soft, harsh, sparks etc) and the language He speaks through.
