Fulani herdsmen or (fulani soldiers) are invited to raid a community, chase them off, and then they start searching for free oil, or chase them as in the case of Eha-amufu where there is exceedingly good arable farm lands and of course undisclosed precious resources.

The politicians must always serve their fulani caliphate masters.
