For some few days now sincerely my opinion about Tinubu as really changed alot. The reason is I read a book authored by late Mr Dimgba & one other person.
First if what I read in that book is 50% true no one among the contestants stand a chance to defeat him in the primary.
Secondly my respect for him really changed on the part that he sacrificed his ambition just to appease others in supporting a technocrat candidate in previous gov election in Lagos.
Thirdly this man has really paid his dues Nigerian politics and he has been ridiculed alot but yet God was able to see him through
Lastly trust and loyalty is very important in life and I don't blame the man anymore for some misconceptions about him after been betrayed severally by his allies because if I was in his position I will do alot more than he did.

In Addition, there is possibility the VP might not contest if what I read in that book is half true only if Tinubu and the VP ignore the moral values they both have for one another which I believe they would consult each other however legally anyone is fit to contest. Just the moral part of it due to the relationship of Tinubu and Osinbajo and I think the VP also is playing to BRF's tactics of keeping silent only if he his given the green light to contest.

Interestingly, APC disqualified Obaseki because it doubted his HSC certificate. Would the same APC accept a Tinubu without a verifiable School certificate? To crown it all, Tinubu is perceived as corruption personified. His perceived influence in "EndSARS" handling in Lagos and health condition now exacerbated by his latest sickness and relocation to oversea for "health consultation" has just put a huge spanner on his ambition. Of recent, APC structure has quickly slipped off his grips, even foreclosing his leadership with Mai Buni now calling the shots.

Anyim Pius Anyim: This one knows he cannot secure a PDP ticket, he is just wasting time and making noise with the hope of securing vp ticket. Anyim has been in a cocoon since leaving office and suddenly remembers he wants to be president. Even his LGA does not support his "ambition".

Dave Umahi: Not sure who drumming for Dave Umahi. However, he lacks a political base. His state is largely PDP and he cannot win APC ticket, except Buhari opt for him as APC consensus candidate. Even at that, APC will lose to a PDP candidate from any part of Nigeria. Again, his handling of IPOB matter is a derailing factor to his success.

Yemi Osinbajo: A weakling, whom Buhari has stopped handing over to since 2017 after he, a "bat" in the Buhari regime tried to act as a "bird". He and his few noise makers know he is going nowhere. Funny thing is that his benefactor, Tinubu is not willing to help him this time, neither is Buhari. He is at best the "most qualified" without a support base

Yahaya Bello: I still do not know who is encouraging a failure of a governor to be dreaming of the presidency. Funny, Kogi is neither South nor do Northerners consider them North. Bello is believed to be interested in Senate but he may not have the chance as his tenure and the senatorial elections in 2023 do not align.

Orji Kalu: [/b]Kalu is a realist and has approached the 2023 presidential race with cautious optimism because he still doubts his capacity to pick APC ticket. The only trump card Kalu is hinging is a fallout between Tinubu and Osinbajo. If destiny smiles on him, he may be a surprise candidate, but for now, a time-waster.

[b]Okorocha: I do not have to waste time here. His hold to APC is shaky and cannot even win with Imo delegates.

Atiku Abubakar: Anyone would have ruled Atiku out of the 2023 race by mid-2021 when Southern governors were clamoring for the presidency to come to the south. However, the PDP governors have since discovered the deceit in the sudden Southern governors' romance. As it stands, PDP wants to displace APC at the centre and Atiku looks like the catalyst for this job. If the alignments happening in PDP is anything to go by, Atiku might be PDP candidate again.

Peter Obi: Although Peter Obi has not formally declared, he might not be the candidate the ODP could invest 2023 winnable wealth on for obvious reasons. The issue of ipob and their activities will work against Peter Obi securing PDP ticket, however, a vp slot with Atiku is still possible, baring the Wike's factor.

Bukola Saraki: Saraki would have been a great candidate, but the loss of Kwara in 2019 has put a damaging debt to his political sagacity. Going into 2023, Saraki is considered a Northern Muslim, just like Tinubu, he faces the herculean task of proving his northerness to the core north. The South sees him as a northerner by the way.

Kayode Fayemi: Fayemi has been quiet about his ambition. With his tenure as governor coming to an end, there are strong indications that Fayemi might end up picking the APC ticket. Right now, not many are talking about Fayeni, but his governors' forum is calling the shots in APC. Post-APC convention, we will likely see a strategist Fayemu displacing Tinubu and Osinbajo.

The Buhari candidate: Not yet revealed but in Buhari's cabinet. Loyal and unassuming. He might be a last-minute surprise to all APC. Mark you, I am not referring to Rotimi Amaechi. Amaechi is not a candidate the north wants, he is not trusted and cannot get APC ticket.

101,703 , it is almost as if on paper, he has hypothetically won the election with 21,341,310 if you pro rate by simple proportion of his result with that of HE Fayemi niyen, making this geometrical proportion change between the results from APC primaries in 2018 and now in 2022 number ri bakan and almost 20 times more than the total number of people who registered to vote in Ekiti state
Sincerely, that 101,703 doesn't add up and I hope it doesn't later haunt the party

Am not familiar with the tenancy rules in your state however as stated in your rent review you are a monthly tenant but your rent is to expire in 2023.

Put your mind at rest your new rent will only take effect after the expiration of your old rent because am very sure both of you and the landlord don't have an agreement.

Same also applies to you vacating the shop.

Also that's not a court order but a suit was filed against you which doesn't even have an NBA stamp nor carries your name so I can really say much about that cos I don't know the rules of your state.

If the suit is actually instituted has claimed by the landlords attorney because I could see it was filed the judge will still give you time to quit the house.

Lastly you caused all this to yourself and next time don't sublet a property to another person without the consent of the landlord.

Above all start looking for another place because the landlord actually wants yiu to quit hence the rent review followed by the quit notice

I will use myself as personal business, My Dad bought some mini buses and tricycle for some people on hire purchase and three of them did very well while the person whom will so much expected to thrive failed woefully but out of pity my dad allowed one of them to pay up and let go of the bus even though she could not recoup his investment of close to 1.2m for the bus and the second person he retrieved the tricycle from him.

Now you won't believe I tried doing this transportation business as well so I canake extra income with my work. The first day I tried it I had issues with lastma and a new tokunbo mini bus gave me serious issues that I parked the bus at a mechanic workshop on the first day. That same day I paid lastma 9k lol

I had to use my money to fix the bus because the alternator belt cut off. You see the two weeks I tried that business I almost had hypertension that I had to go park the bus back at my parents place that I can't do it.

So in summary what am just trying to say is that luck are not just on some people's side and that guy you bought bike for might have good intentions but luck and faith might just not be on his side on that particular business.

Did this happen in Lagos? If yes please dont be afraid to sue the landlord. Not paying your rent in time does not give the landlord a yardstick to break into your apartment. There are process for recovery of premises which your landlord ought to have utilized. You see this particular case you go win am no mind those discouraging you say you wicked and why you owe that kind of months. although am not supporting you by not paying your rents as at when due but no landlord as the right to harass or break into a tenants apartment without a court order
