The Irony of this survey is that citizens of Akwa Ibom actually have access to good health facilities. It's simple, to get such data people have to go to hospitals to conduct test and exposed people would visit hospitals more than those who rely on native healing.

Such surveys should have a clause like " based on HIV tests conducted between --------- and ---------"
