Supreme Court in their sagacious wisdom should stop Sylva. The reason is for posterity sake. If a deputy governor knows that by eliminating the governor he could take over rule his remaining term and still have a whooping 8 years of his then the lives of the governors are endangered.
Sylva having been sworn in twice should concentrate on other political endeavors and no longer that of governorship.
