go to your bank and tell them you want to change the date of birth in your BVN. You will be told to swear an affidavit in regard of that, and it will be changed, after a month or so. For NIN, they have requirements, ID card, 15k etc ( as of 2019) .

Hi what if the name on bvn is different from the name the person applied with. e.g in the case where a lady applied with married name but bank name is still in maiden name.

Go and do change of name, swear an affidavit and take it to the bank, with a valid ID card that has your new name. To avoid unnecessary spending, go to your bank and make inquiries.

Yes. They’re different. Two different commissions. FCSC deals with the core civil service (ministries) recruitment while FCC ensures the compliance of federal character in public service recruitment. Each state has commissioner representative for FCC, while 2 or 3 states are paired for a FCSC commissioner representative.
As for FCSC, you can easily fill a form and attach your CV. They freely give you the form to fill. However, based on my experience, filling a civil service form does not hold water. When I filled mine in 2016, I was not called, meanwhile so many persons have gotten appointments since then.
Bottom line, you need the connect. I stand to be corrected

Every state Commissioner has an Office inside the headquarters of the Federal Character Commission where people normally go to submit CVs. If you have not been there, try visiting there soonest. The Office is at Zone 3 close to the Office of the FRSC.

I think he is asking about FEC (FEDERAL EXECUTIVE COUNCIL) meeting not FCC ( FEDERAL CHARACTER COMMISSION. FEC meeting is every Wednesday.
