We are back to the cold war era, the West is trying to provoke Russia to a war that they will blame on him and he isn't falling for the trap, the Skripals case without evidence, the recent claim of Chemical attack in Syria trump blamed on Russia just yesterday (there is no proof of Chemical Weapons attack anywhere) the controversial white helmets claimed it and America said they don't need any proof to believe it, Israel attacked a Syrian airbase yesterday, they are doing all they can to provoke them to real confrontations, the sanctions et al. Leopold Weiss (1900-1992) was an Austrian Jewish intellectual who lived an amazing life as a scholar, one-time spy, warrior and diplomat. His life is a truly fascinating one, and he wrote an autobiography of it entitled, 'The Road to Mecca'. Eventually, he converted to Islam, and adopted the name 'Muhammad Asad'. While it is true that he had some atypical ideas, there is so much to benefit from his insights.

Here, we see a conversation he had with Dr. Chaim Weizmann, the President of the World Zionist Organization, regarding Palestine:

- - - - - - - - - - - - - -

‘But it is our country,’ replied Dr. Weizmann, raising his eyebrows. ‘We are doing no more than taking back what we have been wrongly deprived of.’

"But you have been away from Palestine for nearly two thousand years! Before that you had ruled this country, and hardly ever the whole of it, for less than five hundred years. Don’t you think that the Arabs could, with equal justification, demand Spain for themselves – for, after all, they held sway in Spain for nearly seven hundred years and lost it entirely only five hundred years ago?"

Dr. Weizmann became visibly impatient: ‘Nonsense. The Arabs had only conquered Spain; it had never been their original homeland, and so it was only right that in the end they were driven out by the Spaniards.’

‘Forgive me,’ I retorted, ‘but it seems to me that there is some historical oversight here. After all, the Hebrews also came as conquerors to Palestine. Long before them were other Semitic and non-Semitic tribes settled here – the Amorites, the Edomites, the Philistines, the Moabites, the Hittites. Those tribes continued living here even in the days of the Kingdoms of Israel and Judah. They continued living here after the Romans drove our ancestors away. They are living here today. The Arabs who settled in Syria and Palestine after their conquest in the seventh century were always only a small minority of the population; the rest of what we describe today as Palestinian or Syrian “Arabs” are in reality only the Arabianized, original inhabitants of the country. Some of them became Muslims in the course of centuries, others remained Christians; the Muslims naturally inter-married with their co-religionists from Arabia. But can you deny that the bulk of those people in Palestine, who speak Arabic, whether Muslims or Christians, are direct-line descendants of the original inhabitants: original in the sense of having lived in this country centuries before the Hebrews came to it?’

Dr. Weizmann smiled politely at my outburst and turned the conversation to other topics.

Contrary to popular belief among Christians, Ishmael was never a bastard as he was the son of a legitimate wife.
Genesis 16:3 And Sarai Abram's wife took Hagar her maid the Egyptian, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife.
And to those who claim he is illegitimate because he is the son of a bond woman, permit me to say he is more legitimate than Isaac because the later was a product of Incest.
Genesis 20:11–12
And Abraham said, “Because I thought, surely the fear of God is not in this place; and they will kill me on account of my wife. But indeed she is truly my sister. She is the daughter of my father, but not the daughter of my mother; and she became my wife.
Deuteronomy 27:22
‘Cursed is the one who lies with his sister, the daughter of his father or the daughter of his mother.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amen!’ [Also see Leviticus 18:6–9 .]

The only condition given for the ownership of the land is being the a descendant of Abraham and nothing else as seen below.
In Genesis 15:18-21 the boundary of the promised land is clarified in terms of the territory of various ancient peoples, as follows:
On that day the LORD made a covenant with Abram and said, "To your descendants I give this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the Euphrates - the land of the Kenites ,
Kenizzites , Kadmonites , Hittites , Perizzites ,
Rephaite, Amorites, Canaanites , Girgashites and Jebusites ."
and in Genesis 12:7 :
The LORD appeared to Abram and said, "To your offspring [or seed] I will give this land.

The Bible referred to Ishmael as the son of Abraham in no less than 7 places among them ;And Hagar bore Abram (changed to Abraham by God in Genesis 17:5) a son: and Abram cad ed his SON'S name, whom Hagar bore, Ishmael. Holy Bible (Genesis 16:15 ) ) And Abraham took Ishmael, his SON... Holy Bible (Genesis 17:23) .
And Ishmael, his SON, was thirteen years old, when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin. Holy Bible (Genesis 17:25 )
In the very same day was Abraham circumcised, and Ishmael, his SON. Holy Bible . . (Genesis 17:26)
And his SONS Isaac and Ishmael buried him in the cave of Machpelah, in the field of Ephron... Holy Bible (Genesis 25:9)
Now these are the generations of Ishmael, Abraham's SON, whom Hagar the Egyptian.... Holy Bible (Genesis 25:12 )
If the Lord God, disdaineth not to recognise Ishmael as the SON and SEED of Abraham in the Torah, who are we to deny him his patrimony. Indeed, God will not allow the rights of the "firstborn" to be jeopardised even if the child is the offspring of a hated wife (Deuteronomy 21:16).
In fact Ishmael is entitled to a double portion (Deuteronomy 21:17)
Rodinson, an elite Jew says- " in his book - "Israel and the Arabs " BUT FOR ONE THING, THEY (the Israelis) CANNOT BE SAID TO HAVE A HISTORIC RIGHT TO A PIECE OF TERRITORY BECAUSE SOME OF THEIR ANCESTORS SUPPOSEDLY INHABITED IT TWO THOUSAND YEARS AGO. FOR ANOTHER, THEY OUGHT TO RECOGNIZE THAT THEY HAVE DONE A CONSIDERABLE WRONG TO ANOTHER PEOPLE, IN DEPRIVING THEM OF RIGHTS AT LEAST AS " . GREAT AS THEIR OWN THE BITTERNESS FELT BY THE PEOPLE TO WHOM THIS WRONG WAS DONE STILL PERSISTS, AND AS LONG AS IT DOES, THE RIGHTS OF THE ISRAELIS WILL REMAIN PURELY HYPOTHETICAL THEY CAN ONLY HOPE THAT THE ARABS WILL ONE DAY RECOGNIZE AND ACCEPT THEM. ONLY . THEN WILL THEIR RIGHTS BECOME REAL THE ARABS, TOO, HAVE RIGHTS. IN MANY RESPECTS, THEY MAY JUSTIFIABLY BE HELD TO BE GREATER THAN ISRAELIS'. THE ARABS OF PALESTINE HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS OVER PALESTINE TERRITORY AS THE FRENCH EXERCISE IN FRANCE AND THE ENGLISH IN ENGLAND. THESE . RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED WITHOUT ANY PROVOCATION ON THEIR PART ". THE WRONG DONE TO THE ARABS BY THE ISRAELIS IS VERY REAL.

If you ask any Jew in Israel, "Who gave you Palestine?" (They have all programmed themselves with the idea of Genesis 17:8 above). Without the slightest hesitation every Jew will reply 'GOD!' That it was God Almighty who had given Palestine, to the Jews. But over 75% of the Israeli Jews if questioned "Do you believe in God?" They immediately respond with "NO!" Yet these atheist and agnostic Jews falsely use ! . God's name for their usurpation of the land of Palestine.

It is amazing how you people support injustice, every other person is wrong except US when it comes to Israel, Israel can do no wrong, even the Christian patriarch of Jerusalem should be killed because he spoke against Israel, including the Pope too.
One day, US will fall like other great powers in history, like rome, like Carthage, like the great Mongolia empire, like Ottoman empire, like Byzantine, like Germany, like Britain like USSR. And when the time comes there would be no one to protect Israel with veto powers.
If almost every nation including those who created Israel in the first instance are voting against them, shouldn't you know that something must be wrong somewhere.
But to you, Israel can do no wrong.

I go online and see the hatred hypocritical Christians have for practicing Muslims, they see anything Islamic as a threat to their livelihood and praise anything that is against the practicing of Islam. They are quick to term muslim men with beards terrorists but see nothing bad in Jews keeping theirs, they are very good at finding faults with a Muslimah using Hijab but sees Catholic nuns as pious people, they criticise muslim men with jumping trousers but sees nothing bad in boys wearing jumpers(in fact it's a fashion to them). How does her wearing Hijab affect your life? If you won't like to have an hijabi lawyer soliciting for you in court, then go for another, no one will force you. Even if she is presiding as a judge on your case, you can claim you don't have confidence in her judgment proof why and ask for a new judge.

State just one way her Hijab will affect you or anyone else or even the profession or keep mute on the issue.

I don't know why you people just hate Muslims for no reason. Jesus didn't preach hate ditto Paul. Where is your religious tolerance?

From the verse above, it is clear that the land belongs to the descendants of Abraham according to his Lord. So the Arabs also have a claim to the land as they are Abraham's descendants from Ishmael.

Tell me a country that has fought terrorism successfully, all that the war on terror has done is to expand its area of influence, Russian troops are Still busy in dagestan, NATO in Afghanistan, a lot of nations in Somalia, West African countries in North eastern Nigeria, even Israel is still battling resistance since 1947. The cycle will just keep on moving, with the terrorists coming up with more dangerous ways of perpetrating their evil acts.
You can't just defeat ideology with force, you can kill those who you know believe in it but what about those they've passed it to. In fact I have come to notice that the more you kill these people, the more evil they get, a case study is the last 2 alshabab members in comparison to the present one. Each one of them more deadly than the predecessor, same with Boko Haram. You can only defeat an ideology with an ideology.

Force will never and can never be the solution to terrorism, it will only lead to you killing more innocent people and that serving as recruiting propaganda for terrorists. Majority of ex Militants interviewed joined terrorism because a family member or a friend or someone very close had been killed by Western coalitions. These people are not interested in your ways and will do whatever it takes to see that you don't impose your will on them. Terrorism had increased by 1500% and approximately 80 people now die per day due to terrorism since the American global war on terror. Those people you refer to as collateral damages during drone strikes are used as recruiting propaganda for the terrorists organizations. I am pretty sure Taliban we return to the negotiating table once NATO leaves Afghanistan.

A simulation game for US war-college students prepared participants for an invasion of West Africa in response to a terrorist attack on US soil, investigative news website The Intercept reports.
The hypothetical scenario involved a populist president reacting to a domestic terrorist attack by starting a war in West Africa. The war is touted as a three-year operation but turns into a protracted quagmire, echoing US involvement in Afghanistan after 2001.
The game was conducted last year during a series of exercises culminating in a five-day on-site session at the Air Force Wargaming Institute at Maxwell Air Force Base in Alabama, according to material released under the Freedom of Information Act.
Called Joint Land, Air and Sea Strategic Special Program (JLASS-SP), it was held for 33rd time and brought together 148 students from seven institutes that prepare America’s future military leaders.
The JLASS-SP scenario details imaginary events during the term of Karl Maxwell McGraw, a factious independent Arizona politician who is elected to the office of president in 2020 on a populist platform.
His presidency is beset by a series of crises, including a devastating cyberattack on the Susquehanna nuclear power plant in Berwick, Pennsylvania in February 2021, an economic crisis in Asia, the rise of nationalism and right-wing extremism, as well as empowerment of an Islamist group called Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) in West Africa.
By 2021, AQIM has an estimated 38,000 fighters spread throughout Algeria, Mali, Mauritania, and Niger; and enough experience and clout to stage high-profile terrorist attacks. They target the Canadian Embassy in Mauritania’s capital Nouakchott, killing 135 people including the Canadian ambassador and his staff.
Another happens in New York and involves two trucks loaded with explosives, which the terrorists plan to detonate at high-profile targets in Manhattan. The plan goes wrong, and the bombs are instead triggered at both ends of the Lincoln Tunnel during morning rush hour, resulting in 435 deaths.
President McGraw’s response is to join forces with Canada and launch Operation Desert Strike in Mauritania with the nation’s consent. A military force lands in West Africa in June 2023 for what is promised to be a three-year
“well-planned, rapid, and efficient operation” to defeat AQIM.
Three years later, the situation has been anything but victorious for Washington, and insurgency attacks have increased dramatically by 2025, according to fictitious reports.
On Christmas Eve, eight coalition troops are killed in a bombing outside a Canadian base. Seven Americans are killed in an attack on a US military convoy. In an ambush, one Green Beret is killed and another one reportedly captured by the militants.
With no end in sight, the coalition crumbles. Canada announces that it is pulling out troops in April 2026, while other NATO allies rebuff America’s call for additional support.
A plan to hand over responsibility for security in the region to the African Union (AU) in November 2025 fails as AU members demand more money and remain reluctant to provide soldiers.
Instead of 70,000 US soldiers returning home by December 2026 deadline, the American commander of the operation seeks to prolong it for at least 12 months and deploy even more troops.
The exercise scenario ended before AFRICOM or President McGraw could respond to that call, but The Intercept believes it knows what would have transpired.
“Given the range of responses over the last decade-plus to setbacks in Afghanistan and Iraq, Syria and Somalia, Yemen and Libya, you don’t need a crystal ball, or to attend a US military war college, to have a pretty good idea of President McGraw’s decision,” the report said.
“It seems safe to assume that America’s fictitious war in West Africa will continue into the 2030s, just as its wars of the 2000s have staggered into the late 2010s.”
