Some of you who profited from the corruption of that administration don't know that you and your generation will pay dearly for abusing the trust of Nigerians.
Since you pretend not to know what people like you have caused, let me break it down for you. The suppliers used their money to provide the fertilizers, your brothers and sisters collected it, and failed to remit the money to the government to repay the fertilizers suppliers. The reason that laudable program was aborted is because the suppliers were not paid so they couldn't restock and the farmers could not get a regular supply and their farm output plummeted.

How N57billion worth of fertilizers,like arms money, got consumed by 'ghosts ' under GEJ administration, in your opinion, is pardonable.

Taking time to screen Ministers was necessary after the massive wastage and corruption in the system.

So many crooks became Billionaires under Goodluck and it is risky picking saboteurs. Some of those he wanted as Ministers had petitions with EFCC. So the President had to wait for their screening by his team before submitting their names to the Senate.

The Ministries had permanent secretaries who ran the offices. So there was no shut down. That had no effect on the economy.

Emir Sanusi in 2012 to 2013 hammered that it was wrong that Crude was selling at a high rate and production going on. Yet our reserves depleted and foreign debt increased.

He warned that the rate will cause financial challenges when Crude drops.

When GEJ was in power, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala said Prepare for hard times.

It is not economic policies or Ministers that put us in this situation. It is the wastage of GEJ and the mismanagement of Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala that put us where we are.

No one is folding arms. These guys are working harder than most leaders in the past. It is almost a miracle were not queuing for food at relief centers. [r]

That Jonathan administration was cursed with the spirit of stealing.
The current administration is actually mocking GEJ administration by explaining that it will be due to their own transparency and efficiency, the process may now work. The ewallet system failure is like the failure in the airport remordernization that was equally bungled by GEJ even after borrowing billions from the Chinese

That N500 was sufficient for my entire needs when I was in SS1, that doesn't mean N500 would be enough for my needs now that I'm a married man with kids. Firstly, under OBj, how much was the minimum wage compared to now?... how much was government's monthly recurrent expenditure?... What was the value of the dollar to Naira then?... How many people had cars and how many owned I-pass-my-neighbor generators and what was Nigeria's fuel daily demand then?... How much of fuel did we have to import then compared to the almost 100% we import today?.... In general under OBj, what was Nigeria's forex demand compared to today?... Now that every individual with an ATM card can buy things online with the click of a button, are you aware that overall forex demand is presently more than 10-20 times what it was back then?... Yet you think that things are the same enough for you to make a direct comparison?

Get the simple message, the only solution to the current mess is diversification, and diversification takes years + money.

By the way, it is your bloody cup of tea if you choose to remain ignorant, there are already many out there like you. The fact however remains that the standard of life in a struggling nation can never remain the same when it suddenly loses over 60% of its income. It is rather dumb for anybody to try and make a direct comparison between the standard of life when oil sold above $100 and now when it sells for less than $45. One doesn't need formal education to know this.

I. Don't. Care. All I know and all I see is constant progress. There has been a consistent and transparent momentum. People who haven't been paid for contracts going on 3 years have been brought back to the site. With limited funds we are seeing tangible projects being executed. I'm not going to complain about honest efforts. This government isn't perfect but they are honest and they are doing their best. With time things will continue to improve.

This is big ups to our security boys. MEND and the Okah boys killed the NDA with just two press releases and passed on huge security intelligence to The Nigerian Security agencies, we knew it was just a matter of time before all of them get killed by the soldiers or rounded up to face prosecution. I think government should still go ahead and prosecute all of them and their political sponsors including GEJ (imagine a former president backing people to bring down his own nation) who was alleged to have even given them the name 'Avenger' for economic crimes and murder of our innocent soldiers.
