You obviously have issues with the steering mechanism (lower control arm,tie rod, steering knuckle, bushing, sway bar linkages , ball joint) e.t.c.
The outward skew of the wheel is called a positive camber , which will cause your Tyre to wear easily
Fix
1. Take car to an experienced mechanic to examine for bent control arm, worn bushing, bent tie rod and replace
2. Do a wheel alignment and balancing

Dont listen to any one who says pull out bulb. Its is very simple, because i had same issue and fixed it on my 2005 honda pilot EXL. Vehicle stabity assist ie VSA is the traction control in time when the car senses skidding or slipping or even doing a fast bend. I am oferta sure you have worked or changed a part of your steering feature, suspension , abs sensors e.t.c
When the VSA Light is stable on your dash means something is wrong with the system. Or have you tried pressing the vsa button close to cruise control by left driver knee side. If the button is not doing anything, then we have to do a sensor neutralisation with only honda hds and no other tool.
You have to do a VSA sensor memorisation neutralisation using only Honda diagnostic software and no other tool to fix.
I bought a honda diagnostic tool called HIM which i use to scan and fix My problems. i bought it abt 30k from ebay.
i can help you scan and fix it...

But pray its not your abs vsa pump, which rarely fail

That may be your radiator coolant holder . Try fill it up with a good coolant (it always has a min and max level). It is not supposed to bubble and you may have a worn top gasket.
Does the car over heat?

1. Don't know how many fans has a Sienna, but this might help you
Turn on the AC, step out , pop open the hood and check if the two fans are rolling. If one is not rolling , then that's your problem(Fix or change fan). I had an experience where my AC was not cooling due to one of the fans stopped working (2005 Honda Pilot EXL).

2. If the fans are working (two of them), then let an expert check the AC refrigerant/ Freon level


3. For Oil leakage
From experience , its either from the seal where the gear goes into the engine ,OR the seal around oil filter . Same from same car Honda Pilot
