As for Zobo, @Jennyurch I took it a lot most especially in my second trimester as that was when I had it available and I didn't notice any difference. I never bled nor spotted. But if you are very concerned, you can talk to your doctor. Our bodies are different.

Good morning ma,am so sorry it’s coming this early I couldn’t jst sleep my spotting increased ystdy,I went to the hospital immediately and Dr said I shld have enough rest even at that it’s still comes more than before and even with some clots was so scared I had to run another unrine test at mid night because I’ve the strip at home I got a faded line at the bottom with a thick line on top but were thick and glaring lastweek does it mean my pregnancy is going off gradually? Dr’s in the house mummies please help me out am so scared right now. Am not thinking straight again please join me in prayer God shld not give devil power over me the 2nd time this year my scariest part is how to tell my husband about it

My dearest teamie thank God we only have Wednesday to finally say goodbye to October. I told my DH that October is usually very slow. For me, na carbohydrate dey hungry me now, can u imagine? rice, garri, yam, cabin biscuit, fufu and the rest. Hmm, God help me.
Even fruit sef no gree me eat like that. I will try and look for the pineapple too and see if it will help. We will survive

Lol mama I'm sure you hv resumed your jolly feast, scan that isn't fool proof, showed my precious weight to be 3.2kg that morning at ANC 37 weeks but she came out at 2.9kg the same evening.

He came at about past 7 in d evening after induction n labour that refused epidural to emergency CS.
At 41 weeks dot.... With a whooping weight of,.....4.8kg

I started my pregnancy journey with 88kg.
Went up to 93kg and back to 91kg by the time I had Akorede.
Was told she's a big baby and weighed 3.2kg at around 35/36 weeks.
She came out at 3.2kg at birth (38/39 weeks)
Chop food ó. Scan always lie for me sha. Told me Múná would be 3.8kg and I got a 3.1kg baby at birth

I claim this 3.2kg. My mind don rest

I ate majorly fruits and vegetables when I was pregnant with my daughter, I even drank lipton with milk and she weighed 3.75kg with no tear.
My son that I ate almost all the food in this world but didn't take lipton with MILK, weighed 3kg.
So please don't starve yourself, sometimes scan can give a false weight result

I won't starve again mama. Thanks so much for your help. Really appreciate.

The goodnews I had just 4hours labour for ftm(everyone was surprised becos he's jevoah over do). Mummy, lo and daddy doing fine. Bs later in the day. Chaiiii gist dey ooooo especially me bringing down the hospital down with shouting. Issa boy!!!!

Yes I was told baby weighed 3.1kg at 36weeks and some days but I ended with 3.5kg baby.

Oh this is somehow reassuring. I will hold off on the Lipton then. I know God will bring baby out regardless of baby's weight. Thank you mama

Babies weight is largely due to genetics, there's pretty much nothing you can do about it. If you starve yourself, baby will draw nutrients from your body's reservoir. Please eat but in moderation and balanced too

What you're doing is punishing yourself. I didn't eat anything outside the ordinary while pregnant and my baby came at 4.3kg. I ended up wishing I had eaten what I liked because I just deprived myself for nothing

Baby's birth weight is primarily genetics, the rest is jara. Eat healthy in moderation, starving yourself is not good for your own health and for the baby.

Biko I have a question. How possible is it that all through my pregnancy I have only gained 3kg and yet at 36 weeks scan says baby is weighing 3.1kg?

I have been starving since last night cos I don't want this baby to be too big. My sister has already suggested I start taking lipton.

Hmm...Na wah o. And there I was thinking baby won't be big since I keep losing weight and adding not more than 3kg maximum.
Please, is there anyone here that was told that her baby weighed up to 3kg at 36 weeks and still went on to have 3.5kg baby? I don't want to exceed 3.5kg. What do I do please?
