How our Reusuable pad sits in your panties pix 1

HealthRe: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by whyworryPH(f): 9:19pm On Jun 04, 2019
Happy Eid Mubarak to our Muslim sisters. May Allah hear your prayers.

God is still in the business of doing miracles and will remember each and every one of you. Stay strong.

TTC already is very financially draining and you shouldn't have to add to it by using disposable pads of N700 to N800 every month when you can use a reuseable pad.

It is made of Charcoal Bamboo and is anti-bacteria and anti-odour. No worries about stains and you can use it up to 5 YEARS saving you at least 42,000 on disposable pads.

The back is made of leak-proof material so that you are protected.

And if you find washing blood to be gross, you can always soak the used pad in normal water and leave it for a while so that most of the blood will come out. Then you throw away the water, rub small soap on the pad, wash gently, rinse and spread to dry.

Super absorbent, feels soft and very comfortable.

Jesus Christ must be honoured in my life.
Its a BFP. He has wiped my tears, sorrows, pains, agony, sleepless nights etc. all away. God has put away all the insults I've received both from friends and family. I almost gave up on trying but hubby stood by me, we fasted and prayed together and God answered.
I've been battling mild infections for long. March this year, I started taking herbs and combo alternatively till April ending I stopped cos it was close to fertile period. Went to hosp.this morning and came back with good news.
I know that afflictions will not rise again God that made possible will help me to carry to term. Dr gave me antibiotics and routine.
God will bless you all and your womb this very month. I will have many team mates from here. Amen. Thanks for all the advice, encouragement and prayers God will reward you this month.
Congrats mama. This is such a beautiful news. You will carry to term and bring forth at the appointed time. Many more BFPs to come

Good afternoon Soon-to-Concieve Mothers. The same God that answered me here last year after I lost my 6 months pregnancy and couldn't conceive for 7 months will answer you. I got a lot of encouragement here and today, I want to encourage you to never lose hope.

I had fibroid, ovarian cyst and irregular menstruation and God still gave me the fruit of the womb regardless.
I will continue to put you in my prayers.

And I have good news for you!

Have you heard of cloth pads? They are the way to go.

No, they are not our old mama type of cloth pads.
These ones are made with bamboo charcoal and are anti-bacteria and anti-odour. That means it does not give room for bacteria growth and odour

No itching, no wetness! You feel dry even when on your period

The back is made with leak-proof material so that you don't get stained

Absorbs 3x more than disposable pads

Super comfortable and itch-free

They are very easy to wash; can be hand-washed or machine-washed

They can last up to 5 YEARS (you save N42,000 that would have been spent on disposable pads for 5 years)

Normal size pad is N1000 and heavy flow is N1,250 for one (this is wholesale give away price for all my first time customers)

Safe for the environment. No more Yahoo boys using your used pads for rituals.

Someone should please help o.

I gave birth on Monday and have been battling with no milk production from the breasts, I have washed with some herbs, used hot water massage. Now the breast has started producing little quantity of milk.

This morning while bathing I noticed the lower part of my right breast is very hard (but not painful).

I've been crying and praying that it shouldn't be what I thought it is.

I want to check it till next week before I go to complain at the hospital.

Please, has anyone experienced that?
It's nothing to worry about mama. It's milk forming and you will get relief when baby feeds on it. I know what you are scared of but it isn't. Be massaging it with towel and warm water when bathing. And if you need extra help, livialactiontreats on Instagram who is one of us here will help you with her cookies known to make mothers lactate.

Sunbestie the Lord is your strength and your baby is going to be alright. Please take it easy and get some rest yourself.

Jessie21 always check baby's temperature before administering paracetamol. Too much of it can be dangerous. Best thing is to see a doctor.

Wow...breastmilk splash for real? And I have to squeeze my breast hard before milk comes out. Please mamas help a first time mum here o, my baby is a month old today and we're still struggling with breast milk, she's been taking nan though.
I know there have been posts on lactation, can someone please refer me to the page(s) or just tell me what to do.
Biko no Waka pass abeg

Modified..
I just searched the thread now and I got tips. Please can I get fenugreek seed from a local market and does it have a local name? I've been taking pap/tea with milk since I put to bed, no improvement. May have to contact the mama that sells cookies too if location won't be a problem.
Please others suggestions would be highly appreciated, thanks.
Try roasted groundnut. I was advised by relatives to try it when I was battling with breastmilk flow. Whenever I take it, breastmilk will be splashing on my baby as he sucks. In fact, he won't be able to keep up with the speed and would have to pause and remove his mouth in between.

Heard yogurt helps too.

Thanks for the response teamie. I will definitely discuss with the doctor though she is a lot better today. I used a very tiny bit of aboniki (since I didn't have metholetum) with coconut oil and rubbed it on her chest, back, nose bridge and fontanel as suggested by a sabi mama here. It really helped.

We don't have 6weeks immunization here sha just checkup. Our first immunization will be at two months then at 4month, 6 months then 12months and finally at 13months.

All the best teamie. Kisses to your prince
So glad to know she is feeling much better dear. I will kiss my prince for you.

Happy new year my dearest mama. So nice to meet once more here. Our babies, since they were born on the same day, as if they planned to have the same issue. Mine too started acting as if her nose is blocked and sometimes she breaths like she has mucus lodging somewhere.

We will be going for our 6 weeks post natal appointment on Monday by God's grace.

This gifts that God has blessed us with will bring nothingg but joy to us in Jesus name.
We receive strength and grace for every challenge
Happy new year my teamie. A big amen to that prayer of yours. Good to hear from you. I didn't notice it on time else I would have complained to the doc during our 6 weeks checkup. Since it's a general hospital, u are meant to go for your 6 weeks on your antenatal day so as to meet your antenatal day doctors. That was why we were given 3rd January as our 6 weeks instead of Saturday which is 5th.

But I'm using a different hospital for baby's immunization and will be going for his 6 weeks immunization tomorrow. I will observe him this night and if his symptoms doesn't seem to get better, I will seek to see a paediatrician as well.

Just mention it to your doctors tomorrow and I know you will be reassured. This dusty weather isn't too good for babies. All the best my dearest.

Try a steam bath. Do you burp him when he feeds? Slimy breastmilk may come from spitting up. 3 times in 1 day also doesn't seem like cause to panic

Search the thread for how to do a steam bath. No vex, I'm currently multitasking so can't take time to type it again
Thank you mama for your kind advice and sorry it's coming late. Will search for the steam bath

Use mentholatum on his chest, feet and back, ori on the bridge of his nose. Is he congested or the cough is dry? Is his nose blocked?
Thank you mama. I use to use mentholatum on his rib area, feet and hands and will continue as you have mentioned. I will do the ori as well.
One side of his nose is blocked. I notice dry mucus like once a day.

He coughs like 3 times at different intervals in a day and sometimes vomits slimy breastmilk which I suspect is his way of coughing out the mucus.

Happy new year mothers. Please help me out. My son is 6 weeks and I noticed this night that he coughs occasionally and it also seems like he has slight catarrh.

We went for 6 weeks post natal checkup yesterday but I didn't bring it up because I didn't take note of it before then.

Please what do I do? Take him back to the hospital? Thanks as I await your response.
