These are your options:
1. Learn German and apply to Studienkolleg
2. Get A levels, then apply directly to a University
3. Get HND, then apply directly to a University
4. Get into a Nigerian university so you have the 100L transcripts with which you can apply directly to a German University

And even if it's uni-assist, give them a call/email! Asking these kind of questions here does not make sense and opens the door for misleading information

I know I might sound stupid to most of you here, but I'm willing to take the chance, better be foolish now than later.

I'm currently an Electrical Electronics Engineering student doing my HND, but seriously considering a move to Europe, where one can work and school at same time, where one is guaranteed a job after graduation, with chances of obtaining EU citizenship, breath of fresh air out there. Is this too much to seek? To everyone here who'd be willing to help, I need your advice and where to start from, because as of this moment I'm totally clueless

HND does not qualify you for a Masters or any other postgraduate-level study program, only a Bachelors. Just thought you should know this first of all. Start your quest by reading this thread and browsing through daad.de/en

Kindly help with a suggestion. I am a graduate of Accounting (2.1) as well as a working professional. I am interested in going for a master's degree in Germany. However, most schools offering Masters in Accounting and Finance require proficiency in German language which I do not have. I applied to english taught masters in economics but got rejected presumably due to my weak background in economics.

I have also checked closely related programmes like MBA and they require tuition fees.

Kindly help me out (ssuggestions/advise) on how to go about it. My major interest is the Accounting and Finance Masters.

I will appreciate everybody's responses.

I really don't know what advice/suggestion you need but keep searching and applying to as many schools/programs as you can find that you're qualified for...

I didn't say one can't. I won't go into too many details, but if/when you get here, you feel you can handle all the load/stress at the same time, then awesome for you!

To add to what has been mentioned, I'd advise you not to run from uni-assist. Because of the money, less people apply and thus, less competition for places, increasing your admission chances

Will definitely increase your chances greatly... Remember though that nothing is cast in stone

2.Read a stuff somewhere I think on quora or so,that ppl spend more than the usual normal 2 yrs fr their MSC program, as passing in German skuls is difficult

Personally, why hurry? Would you rather finish in 2 years with no knowledge of German, no internship (refer to point 1 above) and no employment prospects or take an extra year or more and improve yourself? I know what I chose and I have zero regrets.
I also personally don't think passing is difficult. If you study hard you wouldn't fail (from my opinion and experience)

Depends on the city. For example, I know you don't have to do that in Kiel/Berlin but you have to in Passau

I wouldn't advise it, but with (good?) information, you can start working black from the day you arrive. Legitimate work would take a few months though until you get you work permit (2? 3? 4?)

And lastly

5.As a student there,can u visit the shengen countries like France,Belgium...... Cos me don dey dream of visiting France or Belgium by December during Xmas break.......Read n play abeg

Sure. You can visit all countries in the Schengen region without applying for visa

There will be economic (job-related) and social (integration) problems if you have no knowledge of German on arrival. Speaking from experience as I had none when I got here... And it's even more expensive (time/money) to learn it here (I paid approximately 200€ per level/month for an intensive program and that was the cheapest I could find even with 40% discount)

However, if your study program is in English, you should have no (or maybe very little) academic issues...

I am confused with this response in My own case, where My admission letter carries THE address of My distance relative in Germany because he helped to process My uni.assist application and also received some docs from University on My behalf.

Sorry for this. I'd really like to know the schools that rejected You, and if they had the Numerus Clausus policy.

And I got rejected from some schools in my time, some for no reason whatsoever even to schools with my exact same program (Computer Science) and no NC (I was so depressed then) and this is why I tell everyone to "apply to as many schools as possible and do not restrict yourself to stupid university rankings and those similar BS". When you have multiple admissions, then you can choose.

Try again for winter, with a wider net and you should get something.

I got rejected from two different schools stated the reason as thus; "The admissions committee has carefully reviewed your application documents and determined that your qualifications do not meet the requirements of our demanding Master's degree programme."
Fortunately enough, I studied Pure and Applied Chemistry in my B.sc and I put in for M.sc in Chemistry.
My questions are these;
1. Is B.sc Chemistry curriculum in Nigeria different from the one in Germany?

2. I'm looking towards applying to some other schools for winter semester again, doesn't it means same reason(which I don't pray for) might be given after application?
3. Has anyone experienced such this stuff as mine before and then later got over it?
Pls your prompt suggestions, contributions, and way forward are welcome.

Except a private uni. I'm yet to hear of HND qualifying anyone for a Masters degree and from Anabin, HND qualifies you for a Bachelor so...

Late to the party I guess. You're wrong. More than 6 states (maybe. Not even sure of this number) are considering but only Baden Wüttemberg has implemented it (and guess what, the capital of BW is Stuttgart)

In Addition to what dammymayor said, where did you get the statistics of 97% tuition free Universitäten in Germany? That is 100% wrong!. AS i am talking to you More than 6states in germany are now atleast tuition fee of 1,500€ per Semester.
However, some other state are still considering implementing tuition fee AS neighbouring state do. So, dont be surprise by next year, you hear the 90% of Universitäten in Germany collect tuition fee of 1,500€. for example, schools(public schools) in Stuttgart were free except administrative fee in early 2015, but now Stuttgart has implemented a policy of tuition fee of 1500€ for all internationale students except some exceptional students.
So multiply 1500€ by 2(2nd Semester)= 3000€per annum. This means you pay 6,000€ for the whole Programm(in case of Masters Programm).

NB: No one can predict what German Government will come up with next year. All what we need to know is to do the right thing and the right time if you are capable of. Thanks

Maybe it's because of my field, or where I am, but I don't think I've ever seen a programmer job whose requirements had a programming-related certification because any serious company knows it's BS! (Again, I'm not talking about certifications outside software engineering)
