alezzy13:- Weapon is a major factor. - South African mercenaries were largely successful during the Jonathan era becos of their weapons. - They came with their own heavy weapons and Russia M1-24 helicopters, no Oga at the top politics involved - Modern counter terrorism requires our force to be on the offensive, hit and run tactics... - Our forces are always repelling attacks which means they cant go on the offensive cos of their weapons - There is nothing like Gut Orientation ... Even the Special US teams that fought the battle of Tora Bora had to called in Air Force bombers to take out targets; non-stop heavy air strikes including laser-guided bombs and missiles lasted for 72 hours before al-Qaeda fighters withdrew to higher fortified positions |
currentprice:I no dey see stock recommendations from various analyst again self... Everywhere just quiet .... ![]() |
lonelydora:- Dont call our soldiers lily liver men, - You don,t know these Boko Boyz, - they are trained by Al shabaab in modern guerrilla warfare - Nigerian Army is not built to handle guerrilla warfare - Buhari need re hire those South African mercenaries to fight Boko Haram - Their combat effectiveness, hardware and training are clearly above the Nigerian Army - They always come with their Mi-24 attack helicopters, which are like flying tanks. - They also have extreme heavy weaponry to conduct offensive operation - Just imagine that our boyz had air support with just one Mi -24 attack helicopter,

oluwaahmed:We need those South African mercenaies back to finish Boko boys, most of these guys fought in Angola, Sierra Leone, Iraq, Afghanistan including war against Al Shabab in Somalia Boko boys go calm down by force |
onadana:This is not a conventional war, we need experts to tutor our army in fighting unconventional mobile warfare. Unconventional mobile warfare includes relentless pursuit which involves mimicking Boko haram hit and run tactics with non stop assault. We need those South African mercenaries that has fought this unconvetional warfare to train our army. Boko haram will continue to win this war. |
Mpeace:- Still dont understand why CBN cant proffer solution to the excess liquidity menace in the Nigerian economy since the 80s - They should have a model by now to address this excess liquidity menace & having high rate - Just tire for this Naija |
- Where are the off takers of Kenaf Product ? Not available - Where are the processing plants ? Almost not existing, - Fierce competition from synthetic fibre and jute bag imports is a major factor. It is cheaper to import jute bags from China, Malaysia India etc -We dont have a national policy on Kenaf Development ...too bad - Agricultural Policy Overlap, Inconsistencies and Reversals is a major factor - we all know the cassava bread story ! - Poor implementation of Agric policies for the few ones on ground. Dis sector is as good as dead.... My 2 cents |
- How do you handle birds problem in your area ? - How do you handle Fulani herdsmen, i can see some of them are in the attached picture ? |
Another stupid move by FG to import tractors again.... We already have a tryctor in Nigeria.... I expect FG to take this up and give us mass production at a cheap cost of N100,000 to farmers... https://www.nairaland.com/2961174/first-made-nigeria-tractor-small-scale#43323471 |
seanfer:APC knows that the Northern vote is already divided, either way both Buhari and Atiku are Fulani and Muslim. SE vote is important to Atiku |
Qualification date for Seplat is today... 13th Nov 2018 |
EMMAACHILE:This is serious ... How many plots did they cover with nets ? Yield per hectare for rice is generally BTW 1 -10 ton depending on your farm practices. |
Just receive my geological survey report Recommended Drilling Point - VES 1 Expected Overburden Depth - 0-20m Aquifer Zone - 75 -115m Recommended Depth - 120m Yield - Low yield expected - Well in the area are not productive during dry season, thus the reason for a borehole -Can you explain in simpler terms the meaning of 'Low yield expected" as I don't want a scenario where borehole too will not give productive water. |
Mpeace:Dividend magic .... |
Bhol28:And yet Nigeria became the leading headquarter of poverty overtaking India under this administration , it simply doesn't add up. |
Stalwert:Haba, you want Nigerians to vote PMB/PYO and great Tinubu again when unemployment is as high as 18.2%, youth unemployment is at 33.2%, 7.9 million Nigeria lost their jobs in this administration, with Nigeria now the global headquarter for poverty. Let APC for once accept the truth about their poor scorecard. |
OreSho:U should find in Oyo state |
mohisd:Tks that roughly 20 bags per acre. Do we have any other risk apart from birds problem that one need to know ? |
buhari paying dos debt and pension errears is a score card. pdp was there for 16yrs they couldnt settle dos pensioneers, many good companies such as micheline av to stop it opperation due to d useless govt of pdp. GOD BLESS BUHARI[/quote Paying debt, pension arrears etc is not a score card. There are standard economic indicators to show the scorecard of any govt. Youth unemployment rate, Unemployment rate, Inflation Rate,Minimum Wage vs Living Wage, Interest Rate & GDP growth rate etc are acceptable indicators to show any administration scorecard. These are datas generated by Nigeria Bureau of Statistics, sincerely Buhari Administration scorecard is poor. Folks that listed the debt and liabilities should also balance their narrative by listing the assets that PDP administration left behind. At least, Buhari Admin inherited both assets and liabilities. The thruth is that the Buhari Admin have no working solution to Youth unemployment rate, Unemployment rate, Inflation Rate,Minimum Wage vs Living Wage, Interest Rate etc. from all their policies in the last three years. N power, Trader Moni, etc cant even scratch the surface of the unemployment figure in this country. Our fathers queued for bread and milk in 1984 as a result of hunger, in 2018 Nigerians are stealing pot of food, committing suicide and being killed by Fulani Herdsmen. Let Atiku come on board with his own policies, we will kick him out again if failed to deal with our problems. |
seguno2:Buhari was employed to fix these problems. Instead of showing their scorecard for the past 3 years on how they have fixed these problems. Buhari is busy reminding us of loads of problem he inherited and yet keep adding sorrow, tears and blood. |
- How much do you spend on a hectare - from start to finish ? - How many bags can you get from a hectare of land ? - How do you handle birds attack ? - and your location |
In addition - Start with contract farming i.e a buyer is ready to take your product at maturity - Have good source of fund i.e capital - Get knowledge and have practical training from the best outfit |
Ovamboland:We need to move beyond hailing FG on simple projects like this when there are simple indicators to show the performance of any administration. - Nigeria Youth Unemployment Rate moved from 14.9% from July 2015 to 33.10% as at Q3 2017. - Unemployment Rate moved from 8.2% from July 2015 to 18.2% as at Q3 2017 - Living wage for an individual in Nigeria is N40,100.00/Month and yet states are struggling to pay N18,000.00 wage - Living wage for a family in Nigeria is N131,700, how many families are on this income level - Employment rate is not looking rosy, while interest rate at 14% wont favor any local SMEs to do bizness and expand. - SMEs hold the key to job creation, if they cant source fund at a cheap rate then they cant create jobs - It is easy to become the worlds poverty capital as recently stated with all these negative data - One of the positive indicator for this administration is inflation rate which is down to around 11.28% and not likely to be flat cos of election spending. Scorecard of this administration is poor. If Buhari administration policies are effective then it should reflect in these basic indicators Data dont lie. |
onegentleguy:Happy Birthday ! |
Alepa:-You should learn how to read and comprehend properly. - That is the essence of sound & quality education. -I did not state that anyone will die but leave the outcome of election for God to decide. - Ur comments stating I am a christian fanatic and mentioning my family/tribe is totally uncalled for. - U dont know me, you dont know my religion nor my tribe, but your write up show that you can,t handle a simple conversation effectively. - Plz learn to read, digest and write without emotion. - I voted for Buhari the last election but believed Atiku, a Muslim and a Fulani will do better. - This is my last post on this !!!!! |
Alepa:We will do our part by voting for Atiku and leave the rest to God. Even Abacha with his dark googles and a mean look thought he could live forever. |
kolaish:That Lafarge right issue. na just one chance.. |
ihedioramma:And you think Buhari will solve Nigeria problem, 1984 will be a child's play if Buhari get a 2nd term! |
seunmsg:-PDP will get much votes in the South West, once they have issues based campaign. -86.9 million Nigerians are living in extreme poverty with Nigeria listed as the leading country with the highest poverty rate globally. -Over 7.9 million Nigerian has lost their jobs since the onset of the Buhari Administration and many are under employed. -As it was in the Buhari administration in 1984, so shall it be with his current administration that has a hallmark of deteriorating general standard of living, intolerable suffering by ordinary Nigerians, rising inflation, unemployment stretching to critical dimensions and now worsened with his army of herdsmen on rampage. These are hard facts that will continue to trail this administration. - I will vote for a corrupt rogue and his bigoted sidekick that knows how to run a business, pay taxes, create jobs, solve youth unemployment and can run an inclusive govt. |
teflonjake:Ambode failed to choose his battle wisely. |
kunleweb:- Jethro2 is right, u need min of 3-5 years. - U don,t become an expert overnite even with a holistic blue print and action plan. - Agric biz involves having a biz plan, training, perfection of production art, finding the right markets for product & etc. -The above process takes commitment, passion, dedication and time to be successful. - It takes an average of 3 yrs to break even in a farming enterprise and more difficult to b/even when u consider the hostile Nigerian biz environment. Tomato Jos is a classic example. |
