The short life span of businesses in Nigeria is really worrisome.
Nigeria business environment is volatile and very hostile.

Check out the billions placed in Treasury Bills by financial institutions, corporate bodies and retail investors, no one is willing to risk mpney in the name of any business.

I have been counting my losses since February applying average down approach. 2 weeks ago, i decided to be on watching mode, although, promised myself not to sell at loss come what may. Reading a couple of analysis from many ogas this weekend, i begin to be tempted to average down again on Zenith only. Is it a good direction? Useful advice is needed from everybody before giving instruction to my broker.
U need to have a stop loss limit in trading
Sincerely no one can do that for you
Still never a fan of average down approach
Safety of capital first, profit will flow in at the appropriate time
what if Zenith get to N19.00
Why use a broker to execute ur trade when u can do it 4 yourself

AgricultureRe: Check Out Photos Of Automated Rice Farming In Calabar Setup By Governor Ayade by Willie2015: 8:21am On Jun 02, 2018
I hope the state governor has a plan to involve local rice farmers to embrace this.

The major challenge is the ability to transfer knowledge and make same technology available to all rice farmers in Calabar and its environs for mass production.

This forum is not advisable for newbies. The old wines in the house were not helpful during this bearish run; they kept advising newbies to keep buying.Someone here even said with the rising price of oil we should expect the bulls to be back. Right now when I read comments of the old wines I grin because they don't know if to sell or to hold. I wish my fellow newbies a happy trading grin grin grin grin grin grin
-You should understand that no one can predict the mkt.
-Thats why you set up your loss limit and profit cap when u enter a trade

InvestmentRe: Crowd Funding For Supply Of PKO by Willie2015: 4:36pm On May 30, 2018
shosky72:
PKO is palm kernel oil,it is needed by all cosmetic companies and it is refined to make vegetable oil, the uses are numerous,it is on high demand. Investing in PKO supply will give high returns for investment, our company is in Ado ekiti in ekiti state, we are seeking investors to crowd fund the supply of 30,000 litres to company in Lagos every two weeks and the gain would be shared every two weeks after supply.
One tonne (1,000kg) of palm kernel nut will produce 500 litres of PKO, one tonne of palm kernel nut cost 100,000 Naira now and a litre of PKO cost 350 Naira,so it means, 500 litres will cost 175,000 Naira, that is to tell us we can make 75,000 every two weeks on investing 100,000 Naira
1000 will give 750 every two weeks
10,000 will give 7,500 every two weeks
100,000 will give 75,000 every two weeks
1,000,000 will give 750,000 every two weeks
Any serious investor should put their number here, so that we will add to our whatsapp group, for further clarification and inquiries contact on 08060295217,08066001185
What is the name of the company in Ado
Lets have the names of the owner or the folks running the show.
What are investors odds if the coy fail to deliver i.e How will i get my money back if you fail to deliver?

I wish Real Madrid the best of luck. Liverpool would be at advantage if Real decides to play attacking foorball & Madrid might concede 3 goals in 20mins but Madrid should just slow down the game & make it a little boring like Man united vs liverpool where pool lost to United & watch Madrid carry the day. Salah should not be allowed with the ball. I repeat Madrid should not allow Salah get much possession of the ball & the job is done.
Madrid should make sure they don't concede any early goal within the first 20 minutes. I wish R Madrid the best of luck..

I am going with Madrid on .25 and 0 Asian Handicap....

AVOID HERD MENTALITY. HAVE THE COURAGE TO THINK DIFFERENTLY. The present widespread sell-off mentality will be counterproductive. This is what the GAME-MASTERS want you to do. At a time you think not, BULL will hit this market. Late arrival is part of the GAME. Economic fundamentals indicate this is the time to be in the market not out.

Zenith every stage is a battle.

CP gave zenith a buy at 26 but all these 23 gangs no let person see road or think straight. The way they’ll talk ehn, you no go know when you follow them dey wait for the impossible.

I don’t cry over spilt milk but missing Zenith and CCNN, I will always regret not buying when their prices were so F**king good
Just learn to buy in tranches... at least you will have some units.

I picked some Zenith units just below 26, some at 26.50, some at 27.00, last purchase was at 27.50.

U cant time this mkt.

It used to be much more handsome, maybe due to the economic situation in the country, increased risk factors, farm produce insurance and the need to keep the company running, I'm sure they had to review the rates to make it a win-win-win case for the farmers, sponsors and company respectively.

The impact they make in the lives of these farmers is a motivating factor for me (after the yield, of course).

Enjoying my popcorn while I await my poultry farm cycle to complete.
And yet they could afford exquisite offices,chairs,beddings,up-end infrastrature, so soon..dressing chic and decorating lavishly in the midst of tight econ situation, with increased risk factors, farm produce insurance etc etc.

Just doesn't add up... My 2cents

Farmcrowdy need to keep their farm sponsors happy with decent returns.

They should keep that in mind always, once they continue to breach this simple rule. The end is near !

''In 2017, average production costs came in at US$6.0 per barrel compared with US$8.8/b in 2016. However, Seplat posted a PAT of US$271m, primarily driven by a tax credit of US$224m''
This result looks like lafarge 2016 result that saw tax credit making the result look like it was an excellent one until 2017 result exposed them. The result is to me, unsustainable.
-Seplat is looking good across all line items.
-Vetiva estimates was around $33m but they still managed to close above that figure.
- That tax credit is just a deviation
- Biz looks solid with stability in Niger Delta region, high oil production volume & gas with strong oil price outlook.
- Picked up some tasere unit and will add more after the interim dividend.

BusinessRe: My Professor Said This In Class Today.. About 'WEALTH' by Willie2015:
CosmicJames:
Listen, don't be confuse.
Your lecturer statement is very wrong.
Plus, that's his personal opinion.

God created all human beings equal.
You have the ability potential right now to become anything you want to be.

Don't allow anyone not even your lecturer to confuse you.
You can be rich or poor.
It all depends on both internal and external factors.

Internal Factors - Thoughts, Beliefs, Behaviour, Actions, Mentality, Lifestyle etc

External Factors - Time, the Environment, the Government, Friends etc.

Plus, there are principles and laws governing riches and poverty.

If your lecturers' statement was true, then we would have had all the rich people of the world sleeping all day, and doing nothing. But still being rich because God have already destine them to be rich.
If wealth is all about principle and laws, everyone should be rich like Dangote by now. Even Robert Kiyosaki that wrote on principles of being rich and poor filed for bankruptcy.

No one is saying you should not work but when you work irrespective of how little it is , you will get outstanding results.
