For example, I am not My Son and my Son is not ME, my Son is not equal to me in person but I can grant him equality of rights and privileges by status and heirship. It still stands though that he is inferior to me since I granted him that status and he did not derive it by himself.

I used to have a very tiny voice for a guy,some of our neighbours who receive calls through our landline used to be baffled whenever their callers tell them them a girl(referring to me)picked the call earlier....that was before my encounter with a not-well-cooked hide (commonly called kpomo). I can still remember I was in my SSS2 then. That evening, my brother's ex who came visiting was on kitchen duty, and the it was a well prepared Egusi soup, except that the meat was not-so-well prepared...While every other person dropped their meat after futile attempts at mastication, yours sincerely refused to be deterred...I chewed on, yet the KPOMO refused to yield..then I decided instead of me to waste the treat, one way or the other it will end in my gastric chamber..the only option was to swallow, and this I did, but the KPoMO decided it was not going beyond my gullet..worse still, as if it was on a vengeance mission it refused to be regurgitated..I tried and tried to no avail, and like-play, like-play, I was losing breath, at this moment I was already crying..my family surrounded me and after so many futile attempts at helping me either by helping me to gulps of water, or hitting my back, my mum (I owe her this) reached her hand instinctively deep into my oesophagus and brought the kpomo out..you can't imagine the relief..Thank you mum
But after then, and a packet of strepsils, my voice became very deep..I can't say if it was as a result of that incident or the normal masculine development thingy..anyways I'm thankful for the gift of life..Till this day my little cuz still uses it to poke fun at me.
