pufectskin: To those of you that are homophobic; no amount of hatred or punishment would make homosexuality go away, I am afraid. Homosexuality is as old as your great great great grand parents. The only reason why it appears new is because there is because societies like America encourage openness and self expression and there is also the technology for societies to access information.
I have a great-grand uncle who never got married (if he were still alive, he'll be 113yrs old this year); my mum said he was extremely neat, dashing, and d mist well dressed man she ever knew. He always said he couldn't stand women. I told my mum he was gay but because of the times he lived in, he couldn't come out.
In my opinion, societies are better off if they allow this people come out so that we all know who we are dealing with.

I also had a great grand grand grand uncle who was a kleptomaniac but had to suppress it since it was against societal values, I guess since it's the age of expression and technology all kleptos can come out and say who they really are, afterall if they can't control it then God made them so ?

In my assessment the ANPP guy, Chief. Solomon Edebiri aced the show. His articulation was tight, his answers so on point, and his composure was also stellar..
Oshiomole was second. He had good answers but didnt keep 2 well 2 time..One could also see the effort he was making to stay unruffled by the PDP candidate's jibes.
The PDP Candidate Gen. Charles Airhiavbere came third, though he had points he focused more on criticizing the ACN government. His supporters just showed us another reason why we shouldn't vote him- their unruliness...
The CPC guy was reading a speech at the beginning but he picked up in the course of the debate
The NCP guy was so a "no no". With antediluvian propositions, lack of composure, and an obvious lack of grasp of what the art
of governance is especially at that level.
The SDMP guy made the debate look like a stage play. From theatrics to unworkable propositions to multilingual bombasts. This man just made me laff through the debate...the man just kept nodding to oshiomole's points.
On the whole, if i was to put precedents and the debate together I will go for Chief. Edebiri, but the man doesn't stand a chance against Oshiomole's popularity and the PDP machinery.
Oshiomole has som rough edges to smoothen..If he can bring in people like Edebiri and the FIRS Woman Mrs. Omoigui Okauru into government and give them some latitude, Edo will gain a lot. Oshiomole has brought hope to the Edo people. He is our best shot against the criminals in PDP
