APC's MO: Create problem, solve problem, get praises for it. Where has BAT been? You expect Peter Obi or the other candidates to mediate on an issue whose details they are not privy to? As what exactly? The government? Abeg make we talk another thing #Obi-Datti is the only logical choice |

lawrenzooo:Moreover, Mbaka's statement postured the church as a business where favorable prophecies are churned out for the highest bidders. The fact that Obi did not patronize him was the clear reason for the outburst. Nobody closed the ministry when he criticized GEJ because there was no evidence to show if it was tied to money. I support the diocesan authority in this case. What Mbaka is practising now is political simony and he must be check |

The cynicism on this thread is appalling...For once young people from across the nation are trying to get their voice heard on the political process, ensuring the intraparty mechanism reflects the desires of the masses, and people are here saying what will the march achieve. Peter Obi is the best there is in the field, he represents a departure from politics of the highest bidder, he speaks to the issues and creates hope in the nation's youth, he has a great precedent, and yes he is genuine. People see this, and are coalescing around him to ensure the moment is leveraged to redefine the politics of the nation. Unlike the current government which was highly packaged in 2015 even without precedent to show, Peter Obi's campaign has been captured by three words: GO AND VERIFY. It's time we all do what is right. This is not the time to follow our primordial ethnic biases. Peter Obi, is not even marketing himself as an Igbo candidate he is marketing himself as passionate Nigerian who has done it before, and will do it again. Let's not miss this opportunity please. 14 Likes 1 Share |

Exactly my thinking on this issue. Domestic abuse is wrong and should be condemned by all. However, dragging in the clergyman on this issue betrays some ulterior, malicious motives against him and the institution he represents - The Church.. Yes, there is much to be desired on the current state of the Nigerian church but there is no evidence that the Church, or the Pastor here is culpable on this issue. We must not give a dog a bad name just to hang it. |

Luke.11 [1] And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples. [2] And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth. [3] Give us day by day our daily bread. 1 Like |

Can we just stick to the topic... Great job Bishopkingsley. In addition to the scriptures you quoted, Matthew 24 is very clear that immediately after the tribulation of those times will the son of man return to take his people 1 Like |

rainluv:The fact that you will even mention old testament figures shows that you don't understand the Bible or what "born again means"... I'm sorry, these are foundation/new convert class stuff 3 Likes |

milann:There is nothing like being born again from the mothers womb... it is not biblical This statement equates him with the Lord Jesus Christ who is the only one born of a woman without sin....it is outright blasphemy brother, and I say this with so much love 1 Like |

So you have to twist their arms to embrace someone they know nothing of his spiritual roots? Someone whose born-again experience is in doubt? A refurbished syncretist, false prophet who only became popular because of so called philantropy.. I don't blame OP, you don't read your Bible or you don't know his beginnings... I also blame the mainstream men of God for not living up to their name. Imagine blackmailing Peter and Phillip to recognize Simon the sorcerer 7 Likes |

Incrizz: I see your point sister. No I did not say you said so, but my point is that anyone who receives the mark will know they are making a conscious decision to worship the antichrist. So those being vaccinated will know that they are receiving the mark. I agree with you on the not being able to buy or sell. In other words, the beast will be saying see you better worship me and receive the mark or vaccine OR you will not be able to buy or sell.. that's my point sister. Yes, this vaccine might be a first step towards testing the resilience of people. |
![]() |
Incrizz:Not so much. As I mentioned earlier, these may be preparations for what the great tribulation will be BUT it's hard to show Biblically that anyone will receive the mark by mistake. The mark has to be accomplished by a voluntary worship of the beast |
![]() |
I agree with you sis incrizz on the sequence of events but not on the vaccine being the mark of the beast. It might be a test run as to how the antichrist will control people globally but it is not the mark. The truth is all technology will be deployed by the antichrist to have this global dominance including the internet which we now use. Here are some reasons for my assertion: 1. The mark of the beast is not going to be received by mistake. People who receive it will be making a conscious decision. 2. The proof for (1) is in Rev 13:15 as well as Rev 20:4 which suggests that the mark of the beast comes with voluntary worship of the beast... People who receive the mark are also people who voluntarily worship the beast, so you cannot receive the mark without first pledging alliance to the beast. This is not what happens with the vaccine |

The truth is that none of the previous Vice presidents was sold as a balancing act during the elections to the degree that PYO was. Most people had the premonition that Buhari was a fundamentalist hence the need for a Christian suave and "liberal" vice president. No previous president ever had the toga of being extremist as PMB did. The fact that PYO decided to fraternize with Buhari swayed a lot of votes in favour of the APC. In short, most Southern people especially from the South West voted PYO not PMB. It is only natural that they are making demands from the person they "voted" for |
