7. NIGERIA IS A MONO-PRODUCT ECONOMY as it relies heavily on crude oil export for needed foreign exchange. Nigeria do not export cars, aircraft and some of this big machineries that can bring in capital flight back to Nigeria.
8. NIGERIA FAILED TO SAVE MONEY during the OIL BOOM AND PET-DOLLARS ERA
9. Nigeria failed to invest funds into technology development in other overseas countries or back home just the way other oil producing countries like Saudi Arabia were doing
