How can such a paltry amount meet the development needs of the state? Same for Rivers; they generate N15 billion and end up with N4 billion. The south is the resource base of Nigeria but it has remained chained by the North. The time to break free or renegotiate this fake, one-sided, lop-sided, north-centric and Fulani-dominated union is now!

Kano state as a commercial state especially the capital Kano has the businesses that can generate good vat for their development.

There were so many atrocities that the military government committed against the south.

The 1999 constitution by General Abdulsalami Abubakar ( rtd ) is one of the most fraudulent constitution that the military smuggled before our face to favour the northern part of Nigeria.

They did this fraudulent act to support their people in the north making them to reap where they did not sow.

Joe Biden disappointed the good people of Afghanistan making them get western freedom only to abandon them mid way in the river.

I must give kudos to the southern governor for the anti open grazing resolution they made at Asaba, Delta state which some governors have signed into law.

Kudos also goes to governor Nyesom Wike for the progress Rivers state is making in the judiciary to secure the power to collect VAT presently being collected by the federal government of Nigeria through its agencies FIRS.

Kudos to governor Akeredolu of Ondo state for the step he has taken to move Ondo state forward.

I believe other states in Nigeria will look at Ondo state and emulate these achievements especially in the area of autonomy for the legislature and judiciary.
