CSTR1003:Please can u stop typing to nonsense to whip up enthic sentiments. Ur inability to reason above enthic affiliation makes u a liability to mankind. U think u are doing us a favour by projecting a superficial pride, u are just misguiding some gullible igbos and destroying whatever political gains we made after the civil war. Dumb folks like u need to have their data freezed to prevent further damage |
Mr. Wike seems to be very active in bringing the dividends of democracy to his people. I must commend him and GEJ for doing a job. Honestly i'm yet to feel what Buhari has commissioned apart from Busstop. |
my Igbo brothers are too sentimental and filled with negative emotions that seems to be beclouding their sense of good discernment. that's why presidency will continue to elude us until we understand that politics is about partnership not arrogance. As an Igbo man, I apologise to all my fellow South-western brothers from the west side. please forgive him, he was under the influence of 'cheap weed' |
Kyase:That's the problem MKO Abiola has no place in annals of history as Head of State. He was just a 'President Elect' that means you cannot confer that title 'GCFR' on him since he never assumed the mantle of leadership. Sentiments apart. that declaration by PMB was just to hoodwink the good people of South-western people in preparation of the upcoming election. My two cent |
Sentiments apart. the naming of MKO Abiola as 'HOS' by PMB is simply to curry favour from the south-western region of Nigeria against the upcoming elections next year. the truth remains that MKO was just a 'President Elect' who was never sworn in constitutionally as the 'HOS' no thanks to IBB that refused him his rightful mandate but in the 'Anals of our Constitution' MKO is not a recognized head of State and therefore is not entitled to hold the honours 'GCFR'. So June 12th can't be democracy day because was never officially handed over to the 'Peoples' elected president ' Having said that I think he should be immortalised for setting the precedence for a true democratic tenets in Nigeria. Just my two cents |
With all due respect to my yoruba brothers on the west coast, but this is purely a hogwash to hoodwink u guys come 2019. MKO may have been 'president elect' but he was never made 'head of state' no thanks to IBB who made sure of that. That's not to say he won't be remember for creating a democratic atmosphere never seen before in the history of this country. The truth is simple: May 19 will always seen as 'democracy day' because power was constitutionally handed over to the first civilian president in the fifth Republic. Sentiments apart. |
That guy was a monumental catastrophe that should never happen again. Thank God it was just a friendly match |
grossintel:Don't mind that brainless dude. It's only useless irrelevant olosho aka 'actress' that he brings to front page |
Hardeybohwarley:Please forgive him, he's bereft of any idea and to think we share the same ehnic group irritates me the more. These kind of people are complete waste of space |
NwaChibuzor100:Can u stop posting tribalistic comments on nairaland. Is ur brain devoid of rational thinking?? It's people like u that make others feel the igbo nation is full of hate. Can't u comment without attribution to enthic group or religion??. You are complete liability to our ethnic group and to mankind at large, |
And to make matters worse our thevious and corrupt NASS just passed a budget that benchmarked oil at 71dollar per barrel. I wonder why our leadership are so cursed with oil price, we could just followed our initial benchmark at 60 to 65dollar per dollar per barrel so that we can atleast put some dollars to our ECA and Sovereign Wealth Fund for future purposes. But Buhari being the petroleum minister doesn't have mental capacity to plan for the future. All he thinks about is rant about how our youths are lazy on international stage. Foolish Govt. |
Moreoffaith:My brother I swear I just can't phantom how stupid worthless people can be. Wetin concern this story with enthic group. That fool u quoted is not worth your explanation, just leave whoever it is to its Folly. Thanks |
softwerk:babe Jesus!! I need to meet u and divine beauty. you are one i'm dreaming of. mehn! see sexual healing!!! |
i wonder why people are condemning Ramos. Ramos did his job as an experienced player, Saleh should have know better given the kind of defence he was up against. Real Madrid just schooled Liverpool in the art of championship. Like someone said earlier there's a difference between 'Enthusiasm and Experience' Liverpool were the former while Madrid are the latter |
ZorGBUooeh:My brother learn to contribute objectively without raising tribal slur, it'll do a whole lot of good to you |
Ugosample:honestly my bro. I usually feel ashamed when they rant 'Igbo Amaka', thinking other ethnic groups are envious of us not knowing we just displaying our 'Inferiority Complex' laced with superficial pride. We don't need to malign others just to prove our great we are. Let's us do our thing codedly while other enthic admire us without prejudice Otherwise, our phatom pride will amount to 'Empty barrels makes the most noise' we can congratulate Ibeto for pulling this off successfully without maligning other enthic groups please!! biko kwa!!! |
oketree:Can't you just type a plain statement without lacing with this 'self-persecution' complex my people always feel. Ibeto seems to be coming out strong. we wish him well that's all |
Akanapiaigwe:honestly speaking your inability to reason beyond mere tribal sentiments means you are a complete liability to not just yours people but the world at large, you are just a complete waste of space. For the record, i'm Igbo too before you tagged me 'AFONJA' since your brain is designed to understand people hold different opinion even in the same family. Onye mberibe!!!! |
I hardly see this lady in any movie. Infact, i've never seen her in any movie and yet they call her 'fast rising actress' Is her role to display 'curves and bum bum' Women of little Virtues everywhere.. |
einsteine:When you reveal the truth to my igbo brethens, they don't like to listen. They are always driven by sentiments and this 'persecution complex' it makes me sick. First of all, I read about the phony deal, Milost Global had with Japaul Maritime Services and how they intended to acquire Unity Bank. Such a company who's full of opaque. How could Ibeto be dealing with such a company commiting broad-day light fraud |
Nodogragra4me:Before you call this half-truth, go and read about the BIP for the Cement industry introduced sometime BTW 2003 and 2004. Use the services of Google. I'm igbo too before u tag me an 'Afonja' but when I see d truth I say it. It might true Ibeto was really mistreated by OBJ but his mistreatment was certainly not that he was 'igbo' it was a flagrant disregard of the policy he (Ibeto) aswell as other players appended their signature to. Dangote, being a capitalist just took advantage of his competitor's travail to build a Cement empire. Had it been Ibeto showed some form of commitment to BIP, OBJ would not have come down heavily on him. I'm sure he'd have given Dangote a run for his money. |
My igbo brothers can brag for Africa!! First of all, Ibeto caused his own downfall. Had it been he keyed into OBJ's backward integration policy for the Cement industry, his story would have been a lot different. I could remember when OBJ called all stakeholder in the Cement business including the likes of Dangote, BUA, Lafarge and Ibeto to announce the new the policy direction, Ibeto felt it's just another Govt. Hogwash. While Dangote and others began acquiring defunct Cement plants like the one in Gboko to revamp it and mine the limestones locally, Ibeto felt it was a whole lot easier for him to import the 'clinkers' and simply process it in his factory at Portharcourt. Dangote and BUA followed Govt new policy and began investing in backward integration. I could remember when OBJ gave all of the players a timeline to execute this policy. Dangote felt he could not be investing so much in BIP while his competitors will simply flout the policy to continue to import the clinker, process it and they'll all sell to the same market. OBJ assured Dangote that his investment in BIP would not be in vain because he was helping the govt in conserving forex. Obj reminded Ibeto of the policy they all agreed to in 2003 only for Ibeto to pay lip service promising to look into the policy It dawned on Ibeto when OBJ decided to take punitive measures against him for flouting the BIP(Backward intervention plan) only for Ibeto to cry 'witch-hunt' that Obj is targeting him because he's igbo. Anyway to cut the long story short, Dangote took advantage of the punitive measure against his direct rival to build the biggest Cement plant in Africa and that was his story changed for good. Ibeto should thanks his stars that Yaradua had pity on him. |
flyca:What's the name of the company in Nigeria that invested such an amount? so u finally acknowledged the mail I sent to u. |
Abbeyme:Bro I laugh when they announce those type of high-skilled vacancies, the vacancies I take seriously are those of graduate trainees and factory industry |
anaton:I don't have to prove my origin to you. That you are a republican doesn't excuse you to be bereft of any positivity, republicans don't rant tribalistically against other enthic groups. Ur ability to understand and accomodate other enthic groups makes u a progressively advanced group. PS: for the record, my home town is Adazi Nnukwu in Anaocha LGA, u can take that to d banks |
sean1000x:you inability to reason above tribal sentiments makes you are liability to mankind |
NonsoWow:your inability to reason above mere tribal sentiments simply means you are a liability to mankind. Mankind has and will always evolve above tribal hugwash. your continuous stay on this earth is adding no value to your tribal people. to aptly put it, you are complete waste of space PS: for the record, i'm Igbo too. Onye Anambra!!! |
EzendiEgo1:your inability to reason above mere tribal sentiments simply means you are nothing but a liability to mankind. your continuous stay on earth isn't adding any value to your kindred, your tribes men and certainly not 'phantom' country. to put it aptly, you are complete waste of space ps: i'm Igbo too. for the record.. ONYE Anambra !!! |
Wow!! What a work of art |
We need more of graduate trainees jobs not professional jobs that requires years of experience. I'm not saying it's not good news though |
This man's aspiration in imo state is to be a city clown not a state governor |
