Coloniel5000:Hmmm if the admission is difficult to get means is original or not scam? This is how agents tend to dupe people by elongating the process and coming up with various lie lie procedures. Almost all admission in various countries are easy to follow and process if the applicants can read and write. The differences have to do with the requirements and evaluation criteria per country/universities. If you applied directly to the university and was admitted, why would the university scam you? All valid admission letters carry the official university bank account details with university name as recipient. You are advised to pay requested fees into the university account ONLY. Each admission letter also have a website, verification and contact details that you can easily confirm. |

Juzzywezzy:Good day, Your mail was replied, kindly send me your application documents for the admission! |
Kj40:Cyprus either south or north is generally safe. The program is offered by the European University of Cyprus so you can read more about the university. |
Kj40:No university offering that for NOW in North Cyprus...however, the program is offered in South Cyprus. |
Emcon75:I live in the North But do visit South on occasions. First, it's highly difficult for you to settle down legally with a three month visit visa. Unless you will be applying to study afterwards or you get a work permit. Regarding jobs: for non-academic ones the common jobs have seen people doing is farm job, construction and househelp. The househelp jobs are common with skilled Philipinos, farms are common with Indian and Pakistani. These ones involved most of them to have workpermit. Sincerely, if you are coming from Africa to south just to hustle with 3 months visa..it will be a really difficult task, you may not get job, living expenses is high...but who knows? Give it a trial! |
8701mayor:You can do a google search on SSCI, SSCI-E and ISI indexed Journals. A bunch of Elsevier, Springer and Taylors Journals are indexed and free to publish unless you choose open access publishing options. You can do some search to each journal that suits your research area here: http://ip-science.thomsonreuters.com/cgi-bin/jrnlst/jlresults.cgi?PC=SS |
8701mayor:As asserted by above forumite; for PhD scholarship abroad, almost all universities abroad don't even know which one is State or Federal universities and care less. With a good number of publications in ISI-indexed Journals or SSCI or SSCI-E indexed Journals, you will easily get supervisors and higher chances of a scholarship. Kindly focus more on publication in ISI-indexed Journals or SSCI or SSCI-E indexed Journals. 95% of the local journals from Nigeria/Africa are not indexed and abstracted in internationally acceptable databases. Hence, papers from those local journals have the least weight abroad or in reputable universities. Best wishes! |
maestrojay:Yes signed and stamped statement of result accepted. Combined two results with atleast 5 5 credits in major subjects are accepted. |

aNairalander:Yes, many universities required at least 2.5/4.0 to be admitted particularly EMU (Eastern Mediterranean University) and METU(Middle East Technical University). While others will admit her based on 2.7. If she is interested to study, find my email and mail me her complete documentation. |
tkaylove:Short stay, declare during passport check...longer stay, you will need to visit immigration office at the Capital (Nicosia). Documentation is required irrespective of where you declare. |
seseleto:Please see my signature for my email. |
ogba4james:If you willbe starting your studies in September 2017, you must renew your acceptance letter to reflect SEPTEMBER 2017-2018 entry. If not you will have issues at both embassy and point of entry. To renew is a piece of cake just write your university. |
tkaylove:If your stay in South Cyprus won't be so long then you can declare your intention to exercise EU Treaty right upon arrival and his stay may likely be extended. However, the utilization of the Treaty varies by individual EU country. If you will be staying longer, his residency permit will be extended also but ensure you have the following along with you: 1. Registration certificate of the EU citizen whom he is accompanying or joining. 2. Financial document to cater for the length of stay. 3. Also, if possible he carries his EU family member card along. You won't have much issues or any if you provide the neccesary documentation. |
ADMISSION IS ON FOR FALL ENTRY 2017 If you are interested in studying at EMU (Eastern Mediterranean University), METU(Middle East technical University) and CSU(Cyprus Science University) just drop me a message to secure your admission and scholarship!
|
ogba4james:You can be allowed to fly from Nigeria but surely you will have an issue at the point of entry at North Cyprus. The semester will be almost over by the time you arrive and your motive will be questioned. First, try to secure a renewed acceptance letter for Sept 2017 entry and pre-inform the university before departure. Ensure you have a friend at the airport on your arrival date so he/she can ring the university for you cos the Airport won't call the University but expect the University to brief them you are genuine. Or secure another visa and travel around August. Best wishes! |
tkaylove:First I need to know which of the Cyprus (South or North) to be able to answer practically. It's easier in the North as compared to the South but becomes more difficult especially if your spouse is not European. Normally if you provide the marriage certificate and proof of finance, your spouse will be issued residency based on your permit status. |
willjoe:Yes GAU admits for summer intake around June |
Kj40:Unfortunately NO. but CIU has a similar price range with NEU. |

maestrojay:For Fall entry, it started already. |
mastaemind:For eastern Mediterranean university total fees for master program inlusive of 50% scholarship range 6000-6500usd. For near east university, the master program range 3800-4100 euro for the entire program. Most master programs do have 7-10 courses, seminar, thesis or project. If you register for thesis -based master you will do less courses but project-based master you will do more courses. However, the total tuition fees above is what you will be paying irrespective of the type of master you choose. |
mastaemind:The fees are on each university websites. |
Xrayy:Yes it does work. |
