We all know leaders organise and build. PBAT built ACN into the official opposition to the then ruling Party PDP and had the most Governors and legislators next to PDP by 2012-2013.

The recruits will be "heavily armed" and "well-trained". When Nations face emergency threats (which Nigeria is facing with banditry, kidnapping and terrorism) then ordinary cirizens can be conscripted into the armed forces as ad hoc security solutions.

The key is the pledge of "heavily armed" and "well-trained". If the FG will deliver that sincerely then even Forest gaurds trained well over two or so month and armed with adequate firepower and technology (drones etal) can clear our forests in three months.
