Any Judge can interpret " internal affairs of a political party" any way he/she understands or induced to pronounce. What happens to Nigeria next will depend on whether the Supreme Court sees this issue as either half full or half empty. There is nothing like half empty - that's half of nothing. Leave political parties to sort out their issues with their internal conflicts resolution mechanisms. Face election petition matters. Please. |
If Atiku will Dollarise $ the primary election again as usual and win ( as in 2023), history will repeat itself. ADC will go the way of PDP. |
Slytiger:Was it not "the same faces making decisions on our behalf" that formed the Coalition ( APC) that ousted GEJ in 2015? Obi will lead by example and all the other members must fall in line. |
OZIOGU1:I know say na Punch go carry this kyn news. |
Just came to check the name of the culprit. |
To hand unto our children A BANNER WITHOUT STAIN ![]() I should think the blood shed during the pogrom and the civil war has stained the flag/banner. Just thinking aloud. |
LegendHero:Go to court or better still, go to EFCC. |
naija4life247:See the proof: APC: 17 was changed to 217. LP: 227 was mutilated to 27. Why would someone do such a thing?

telkevog:Is he not mocking God by saying this. How can God approve the bombing of His children? Anyway does he even know God. |
Khyrvxjzy:Please can somebody install the UNLIKE 👎 button in this app. Some posts deserve it. |
Kay25:Did you say transcripts, share files in a jiffy as can be done with BVAS and IREV? So technology is useful after all. But INEC can carry and correlate all the presidential election results manually. The Supreme Court must hear about this your blasphemy. |
MorataFC:Remove greed, pride and prejudice; Obi for president Kwakwanso for vice Atiku for godfather/ party chairman. If this permutation and combination doesn't work, hold INEC responsible.👍 |
teadrake:Point of direction: That assault, humiliation and embarrasment was directed at NLC and not Ajero as a person. It could have been you if you are the NLC President. |

Change begins with you and me. Do we have a good and genuine reason to embark on this strike? Why not? Strikes are the last resort/ option to make the government know that you are serious and resolute in your demands. If you personally is satisfied with the way many things have gone wrong and still going wrong with Nigeria, then, please don't join the strike. Personally I'm almost ashamed to answer a Nigerian. To register my anger and frustration and disappointment, I support the strike. For example look at the just concluded IMO State election. Somebody that came 4th in 2019 governorship election winning all the 27 LGA and getting more votes ( 500,000+) than Obi, Atiku and Kwakwanso combined during the presidential election. And we should leave it and move on. When will enough be enough? It is now. You feel that the way the NLC President was assaulted, humiliated and embarrassed is okay because he is omo Igbo. If he is Ronu or Arewa I can imagine what your reaction will be. One Nigeria indeed. |

Has the Nigerian president ever changed his name or was he BOLA AHMED TINUBU at birth? If he has, therein lies the answer to this certificate issue. Don't ask me how. |
It seems that a BOLA A. TINUBU was admitted by CSU and is/was a female. Possibly graduated and moved on. Along the line one smart guy changed his name to BAT but has no access to the original certificate of the female BAT. Being a smart guy he managed to get the required replacement certificate by any means. So, yes BAT was admitted, graduated and was certified. BUT BUT which of the BATs? The supreme court question now is: What is our president's name at birth and has he ever changed his name. My two kobo. |
Mr Omokiri, I don't know how old you were during the civil war. Ewu na ebe akwa music was composed and sang by Rex Jim Lawson from Kalabari, Rivers state. He is not Igbo. Go and verify. You are rewriting history because of hatred of Igbos. I'm disappointed in you. I used to respect you as enlightened. "It is better to shut up and let people think that you are a fool than to speak and remove all reasonable doubts". |
TimeMachine2:INFERIORITY COMPLEX is driving your hatred. How has Nigeria progressed under your leadership? If you are holding somebody down you are also down. Until you release the person can you get up. Think about it. |
PortHarcourtcit:INFERIORITY COMPLEX AND JEALOUSY IS YOUR PROBLEM. |
NzogbuNzogbu:FOR GOODNESS SAKE WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO HIDE. WHY THE SECRECY? INEC should not show the election live so that it will not expose your rigging and grabbing and snatching and stealing and running away. You people have messed up with the wrong guy. If you won, prove it to the world. |
So someone cannot report a crime unless it involves him/her? The issue is: Was there double nomination or not? Locus standi ko et terram moveo ni. |
seunmsg:So, seriously, how will that add value to your life and make Nigeria great? |
We are in this mess because of one man's GREEDINESS and stubbornness. If PDP had zoned the presidency to the south and fielded Obi as their candidate, who born APC. 12m+ votes plus 25% of Abuja guaranteed! Did PDP score 25% in Abuja? No. So did it meet the Constitutional requirements. No. How can it then be declared winner? It's now that I understand what the G5 is all about. Nonsense and ingredients. |
Let's call a spade a spade. Abuja is not the 37th state but THE FEDERAL CAPITAL TERRITORY. Suppose the Constitution had said " 25% of the 2/3 of the states and Lagos". Will Lagos not be part of the equation for declaring the winner? If Abuja is regarded as the 37th state and insignificant, why mention it. The Constitution should have just said " 25% of 2/3 of the states of the federation". Why single Abuja out? |
But seriously. How come Tinubu lost Lagos and Abuja to Obi? Two cities populated by educated, learned, sophisticated, enlightened, wealthy and almost all ethnicities in Nigeria. Answer: Because this is the true reflection of how people voted AND THEY COULDN'T EASILY RIG THERE. |
All this long grammar is called Pre election matters. Election is over. Did Tinubu meet the Constitutional requirements as to be sworn in as the president -elect? Abuja is not the 37th state of the federation BUT THE FEDERAL CAPITAL TERRITORY. If it is insignificant as some lawyers and INEC have " judged" that it is the 37th state, the Constitution should have just said: 2/3 of the states of the federation. Full stop. After all Abuja residents/ indigenes have applied to the National Assembly to pass the bill making Abuja a state. Why call it a state to suit your purpose? Has the bill been passed? For example, Five subjects and English means 5 + 1 = 6. SO PLEASE ABUJA CANNOT BE A STATE IN THIS CONTEXT. This is my humble contribution to avoid Constitutional whatever. |
