At the end of your mortgage term, let's say 25 years, you have only paid the interest on the mortgage and not the capital. So in essence, at the end of 25 years, the capital is now payable. Now your dilemma, you would have to sell the property to pay the remaining capital or apply for another loan........

Interest only mortgages are for investment purposes. In layman terms, if you pay the lower interest rates for few years and the house has appreciated a bit, you sell and hop on another one. That’s right... the exam is $150 took the training on Linux academy sometimes in February but the syllabus already changed now from the old one.

I do have some materials on the AWS Solution Achitech exams but not sure if it’s a genuine dump.

I also have a genuine and confirmed dump for the AWS Certified Developer - Associate exams (meanwhile it will expire on November 19, 2018)

AWS is a game changer, well architected framework in the area of PaaS, IaaS and SaaS. You need to understand the concepts very well and get hands on via the AWS free tier rather than relying on dumps. I used Acloudguru as mentioned above, Ryan Kroonenberg deep dived into it and he sure knows his stuff.
